What a well-oiled machine this company is. The organization and customer follow-up are outstanding. I called for a tow from my condo complex at 10:45 a.m., and within the hour I received a text from the driver letting me know he was 10 minutes away.
Not only was Mike extremely knowledgeable and professional, he went above and beyond by helping me apply my new registration stickers to my license plates. He also sent photos of my car and the intake paperwork from the dealership to confirm it arrived at the correct location, which gave me great peace of mind.
I will be referring this tow company to anyone who will listen.
my moms truck had broken down at her job. we initially called AAA as we are members. I told the AAA dispatcher that the vehicle would NOT shift into neutral so we would need someone with some sort of wheel lift/dolly/skates to be able to roll the vehicle onto the tow truck. we waited 2 hours and a half only for them to send out a regular tow truck and then expected us to wait another HOUR AND HALF for THEIR mistake.
I called A Towing as they were the first company that came up when I Googled “towing company near me” and the gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly, understanding, and prompt. I explained twice that the veh would need certain equipment to get onto the tow and reassured me that they deal with these things everyday and they would be more than happy to assist.
We also only had to wait 30 mins for a tow! I was amazed at how quick they were and of course, they brought out the correct equipment! Our tow driver CJ was reliable, friendly, and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend A Towing! AAA has nothing on them!
Not even sure what his name is but he came to my rescue when I had no one else to call. Helped me and my 9 year-old with towing my car so we could get out of the cold. Thank you soooooo much
