Went because my brakes were making horrible screeching sounds. Dean tried to charge me $800 for ONE set of brakes. Made up things to charge me for $20/ “tire lock”. Thankfully I took my car to the dealership I bought it from and they let me know my tires never had locks. Just so happens it was right before Christmas… Long story short , I’ll NEVER go to them for business ever… Didn’t even bother to greet me when I told them I’d pick my car up instead… just left my keys on the front desk! Very rude and unprofessional!

Just got 4 new tires put on my daughters vehicle. Grasso’s was the the best price and the service was top-notch. We dropped it off and got a call it was ready within a couple of hours. If you need repairs done or looking for a good used car this is the place to go. 100% recommend!

Unfortunately we bought an old car from them and it got ripped off. They are more expensive than other auto sellers but we bought it believing that the car is in outstanding condition and that they will fix it there is any issue. But guess what, the first day engine light came on. And they kept just resetting it. And it kept coming back. Have never encountered such poor and lying dealers but this was the first time. My advice. Avoid going here. If you fall trap to them, make sure you get all the work done in front of you. Never leave your car with them.

I've been going to Grasso's for over 2 decades. If I need something done to my vehicles , Dean gets me in right away. I know I can trust him and his mechanics. As long As I live around here, they will be the place for me to go to and perhaps buy another car. Thank you Grasso's

Hector towed my car to my local auto body shop today . He could not have been more helpful and friendly! It was actually fun to watch him work and attack the project because it was not an easy assignment to get my car out of there. I will definitely use Grasso’s again if I ever need too. Thanks!

Have bought two, reliable vehicles over three years that I've owned for probably five years. Simple purchases, good pricing. But neither CD player has worked, I didn't check on advance, but I don't buy cars for CD players either.

Very casual atmosphere,I went in and found a great car for $8300 and was driving it that day! The paperwork was quick and efficient and I couldn't even find anything wrong with the car to haggle about! Very satisfied! I would give five stars but I've only had the car for 4 days

Admittedly, I am a fool for purchasing this 2005 F150 that needed an engine online and unseen but “Great shape” was totally misleading. I had to change locked caliper and rotors front. 2 calipers and a brake line rear. The muffler had holes, tires were of two different kinds and two were dry rotted. The level of rust was extreme and even though Dean was so very helpful I am completely frustrated by this purchase. Moral of the story? Don’t buy a used vehicle online w/o physically inspecting same and don’t trust any advertising. The rebuilt engine works great and the truck looks good. Red paint looks brand new. But it’s been an arduous and expensive experience so far. It is currently in a Chelsea auto repair shop after passenger side caliper locked up after a trip to Boston. $1200 more to have brake system made right after I have invested twice as much in it already. Caveat emperor.

This is my second time using Grasso’s auto sales for mechanical issues with my car and it’s the second time I leave more than satisfied and impressed with the service and vehicle repair. I drive a 2006 jeep Cherokee with 200,000 plus miles on it. Both times I took my car due to issues I figured “well this is it for my car, time for a new one”. Both times I left after service and have gotten 10,000+ miles with zero issues between my service dates. Dean the owner and his mechanics run a great operation.

Grasso’s has provided beyond exemplary service to me and my family for decades. They’re honest, thorough, fairly priced, have expert mechanics, and we’re always greeted like family. We’ve also purchased a couple vehicles here, over the years. So far so good! They are amazing their, very transparent! And since they're more so regular working men as opposed to some of the swindling snakes you find at a lot of dealerships, they don't try to force anything onto you and are 100% honest about everything they're aware of and let you make your decision for yourself without being pushy. A lot of dealers see you are interested in something there and instantly just attempt to push you into the car intentionally so that you aren't able to do the research and proper analysis on the entire situation, but not at Grassos! This place is very reputable and fair! I def recommend if you're looking for a nice car that you don't want to get screwed on. And the guy isn't too bad to look at either while you're there, just saying 🤷♀️ lol

Had a wonderful experience with them which is far more than I can say for CarMax. They were polite, courteous, patient and made the whole first car buying project simple and easy. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! They aren't shady, their cars are in great shape, and the car I purchased has a 2 year inspection sticker because they do inspections as well. Couldn't be happier 😄

I just recently bought a 2003 Ford Focus and I’m over the moon happy with it. I have had it three days and everything’s seems to fine with the car (minus the truck, which they will be fixing soon.) The car was a steal in my opinion I negotiated a price below the original price they were selling, and to say the least I am happy they took my offer. It’s my first car and it’s perfect for me. The previous owner had it for 14 years and took very good care of the car. It had 111,111 miles on it and I’m hoping this will last me a few years.

I'm very happy with the car and with the service I got. I had a couple of small issues that kept me from getting an inspection sticker and he took the car right in and had everything fixed well and quickly. Very nice guy to do business with.

Probably one of my best experiences going to the mechanic. I went in to get my battery terminal fixed. They weren’t trying to up charge me or make unnecessary recommendations. He gave me an estimate prior to the job and was close to the estimate after the job. They were fast, reliable, close to home and most importantly affordable.

My husband and I are new college grads with limited funds, so when we happened to stumble upon a 2005 Prius listed at a below market price (within our budget) we were very intrigued. We live two hours from the dealership and were skeptical about driving 4 hours for a car that could be garbage. I spoke to Dean on the phone who assured me he wouldn't have us drive out that far for a car that didn't sound or look great. He stayed late on Labor Day weekend to let us test drive the car. The whole process went smoothly, and he never was pushy as so many car salesmen are. He even threw on free windshield wipers as it started pouring when we were about to pull out of the dealership. Highly recommend buying from this family owned dealership! Thanks Dean!

TL;DR: Took five visits to fix a simple issue, and tampered with the Check Engine light itself in an attempt to "resolve" the issue. Perhaps the worst experience I've ever had with any business of any kind. I purchased a vehicle from them two years ago. The Check Engine light came on on my drive home, so I made arrangements to come back the next week. I drove the 35 minutes back to the dealership, where the co-owner simply erased the code and told me it should be fine, but if it came back on to come back. By the end of the day, the light had come back on again, so I went back again the next week and left the car there all day. When I returned, I was told that there was a faulty hose and it had been replaced. This was in line with the code that had fired so I assumed all was well. Within a few days, the Check Engine light did NOT come back on, but the Cruise Control light started blinking, and so I took the vehicle to Autozone and sure enough the same code was firing despite the Check Engine light not illuminating. The light also did not turn on upon starting the car. It became clear to me at that point that Grasso's had tampered with the light itself rather than fix the issue. I called Grasso's yet again and informed them on these new issues, being careful not to make any accusations. We set up another appointment and after dropping off the car for the third time, they called me 30 minutes later informing me that they needed to order parts and wouldn't be able to do the repairs that day. On the day of the fourth scheduled appointment, I called ahead of time to confirm, at which point I was informed that due to a family medical emergency the parts had not come in on time. I'm actually giving them the benefit of the doubt on this one, as it is a family owned and run business. I'm just glad I called ahead. Five days later I was called and informed the parts were in and the work could be completed. I was able to bring it in a few days later, and the work on the engine issue was legitimately resolved this time. Before driving away, I noticed the light issue had NOT been resolved however. I brought this up, and was told that they would pay for half the repair if I wanted, but that they were not legally obligated to fix it under lemon laws or what have you. At this point it had been over a month and five hour-long round trips to fix the same issue so I just wanted to be done with them. And since I live in a rural area, I couldn't afford to outright return the vehicle and go through the shopping and registration process again because I need to use my vehicle every day. I figured I would just cut my losses and be done with it all, but today I go to inspect my vehicle for the first time (they had done it initially), and am told I will need to repair the Check Engine light that I am 95% confident that they tampered with, and that this repair could cost multiple hundreds of dollars. My car has nothing else wrong with it, I keep it in good condition and even run codes every now and again just to make sure everything is fine. I had considered writing this review after all the initial problems, but ultimately my anger had subsided and decided against it. But now that this issue brought that awful experience back to the forefront of my mind, and the fact that two years later I'm still dealing with their incompetence and unethical practices, I could bite my tongue no longer. I CANNOT RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS BUSINESS ENOUGH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
