I found a nail in my tire’s groove that was slowly leaking air and went in to get it repaired or replaced. I want to say that May at the front desk was very kind and understanding but her service was the only good part of that experience. I will never go to a Firestone again, and will be warning people away. I was told the tire could not be repaired and as such I would need to buy two more tires ‘despite the good tread’ of my own due to my car being an AWD. I was quoted over $450 before tax and told I could try and apply for their credit card to help pay for it. Are you serious? Again, May was incredibly understanding when I refused service and even put air in the tire so I could safely leave. I went next door to Town Fair Tire and got the tire repaired for $13. Firestone quoted me $45 for a repair 'if it was possible'. Firestone has vastly overpriced services and is predatory by telling desperate people to apply for a credit card to pay for it. Do not trust them with the wellbeing of your car and visit TFT next door instead; they were shocked when I told them about the quote I got here. I also noticed Firestone tested my battery and recommended I needed a new rear wiper: my battery was replaced in Nov and my wiper works perfectly well. This company is absolutely disgusting for trying to upcharge on every aspect of my car for a simple patch job. DO NOT GO HERE!

May Khang was amazing! She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience at Firestone. Highly recommend working with her!

Came in for a wheel alignment and the guy told me he couldn't do it because the eccentric bolts were frozen and needed to change the whole hardware and he told me he DOESN'T KNOW why the left tie rod is moving funny. Ended up quoting me nearly a thousand dollar to fix the tie rods, never taking my car to this location again. I'll take my vehicle to a real mechanic next time who knows how to use a torch to loosen up a frozen bolt.

Others say The Firestone Company is very expensive, but i feel you get what you pay for. Since i been working with one of your great manager's and the team my car is in good shape. Oh year and i get lots of savings and coupon. Way to go Firestone!

From the first moment they touched my car, it has never driven the same since. Extremely disappointed after giving them four different chances to fix the issue that they caused. Every appointment it was apparently a different problem, all to fix one problem that was not an issue until i let them touch my car. The first appointment should have told me they did not pay attention when the employees didn't realize my car was AWD (clearly states it on the back of my car and this is obviously important when it comes to tires). i had a nail in my tire and needed new ones anyways so i got them replaced. my car's steering was feeling off and i never felt that before so i addressed it with them. Second appointment i'm told its not balanced. Interesting when they JUST replaced them, but i got it done. however, it still didnt feel right. Third appointment they claim it's a hop in my tire. I wasn't told about this previously. (yes i hit a pothole once almost two years ago that scuffed my rim, but it never caused any problems before. and yes i had my dealership double check and they said it was not the cause) I had asked them every. single. time. i called if it was possible that a tire could be defective. never once received an answer to that question of mine. i get a road force balance done at my dealership and one of my tires are off. so i go back once again and just ask for them to replace the one tire please, because at this point i am exhausted spending all this time on my car with no actual consistent answers from them. I go back to get a tire replaced and im told it will take 45 mins; which is fine because last time i got it balanced, it took an hour or more. They called me 15-20 mins later and claimed it was done. i was relieved but suspicious of the short period of time. I called another firestone location and asked how long rebalancing takes. I was told 30-60 mins. I do not feel like they balanced my car and it is still driving wobbly and weird. I refuse to ever go back to this location. I truly feel bad that i had to return so many times, and i'm sure they're sick of me as well. However, if you had a three year old car, with no previous problems, and four brand new tires, i'm sure you would be unhappy as well. Next time i should show up as a man and maybe they will take me seriously. Extremely disappointed.

The woman that closed me out was very nice. Other than that it was all done hill. Manager spoke to his other employee like trash. Dropped off at 8am for a 9am appointment to get 4 tires just mounted and balanced. Didn’t get out of there until just now, 12:38pm. Should have known since I took my same vehicle there to get an inspection last year and the guy told me I have to remove my driver window tint because any tint is illegal in RI on front windows. Not true. Go to TownFair next door instead.

I’ve always been treated well here. We first came here for tires but eventually wound up getting a variety of services done. In particular I feel like they are very sensitive to that fact that you’re often doing a cost/benefit analysis on repairs and will help you find a way to both save money and get a good result. They were also very helpful getting a state inspection done even though some parts we needed were on back order. Another thing that I like is how they keep your car and profile in the system so they know when they last did things like the tires, oil change, etc. Finally I really like how when you buy tires here they track whatever “add-ons” you get like rotation, road hazard etc and apply them automatically when you come back in. You don’t need to keep track of what stuff you’re entitled to. Finally, and I know this is technically the law, but they are very communicative and prompt about OKing work over the phone and providing an estimate before it’s done. You don’t need to ask for that.

Go here for my oil changes all the time and anything else my car needs. Craig does an amazing job! Always leave happy.

I will give everyone a laugh. In at least 1960 and later, my father always let me go with him to Firestone Tire. I felt so important to get the chance to go there with him. One of the reasons was that I recall an older man there that made such a big deal out of me. I don't think he could still be living, who knows I'm hoping to come in later when the sun comes up to get a car inspection. If I'm lucky, maybe you'll have a picture or two of many years ago. I would love to give this place a zero if I could. What total scam job. Quoted me over $1300 worth of damage to my car with this make believe stuff about my engine. They will fail your inspection too with these make believe issues. Brought my car to two other shops for a look and both said my car is perfect for a pass. Please save yourself a headache and don’t go here. Also I don’t want a Firestone credit card to pay you, I just don’t offer my hard earned money to scam jobs.

I came in to fire stone to have service done on my truck. The customer service i received from Mike was out standing. He communicated with me exactly what was wrong and needed to be done to my vehicle in order to fix the problem and got me in and out in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this store and will continue to have all my automotive Care done by Mike and his team.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at Firestone was frustrating enough that it needs to be shared. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had made a mistake. The person working the counter, Aaron, looked unkempt and disinterested — like hygiene and professionalism weren’t priorities. There was even a pack of cigarettes sitting openly on the counter, which says a lot about the atmosphere. I came in for what should’ve been a simple tire patch. I was told it would take just a little while. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting. The excuse kept changing — first it was “the tire is being balanced,” then suddenly it “wasn’t holding air and needed more patches.” How do you balance a tire that isn’t even holding air? The inconsistency was frustrating and made me question the competence behind the counter. Aaron was rude and dismissive not just with me, but with every customer interaction I witnessed. He answered phone calls like he was being bothered, and when people came in, he seemed more annoyed than helpful. Maybe he was just upset that his TV time in the waiting area was being interrupted. Lastly, if you're going to offer a public restroom, please maintain it. The toilet bowl was stained and filthy — a detail that unfortunately matched the overall vibe of the place. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Firestone, do better. Especially with who you choose to represent your brand.

No complaints. Mike is awesome, he use to work at the Coventry location which is also amazing but he definitely made his new store better, I use to avoid that one but now I will be returning. Thanks Mike for all your help

I came in for a tire rotation and left with more confidence than my therapist gives me. My friend Mike Croce works here, and let me tell you, if you need someone to balance your tires and your life, he’s the one. They even offered me a coffee… that they didn’t have. But hey, the effort was there. Tires? Rotated. Alignment? Straighter than my last relationship. Would I trust them with my car again? Absolutely. Would I trust them with my Netflix password? …Still thinking. Firestone: where the service is hot, and the tires are hotter. 🔥🛞

Mike was really great at identifying issues I wasn't aware of, and was able to accommodate the extra work although I had only booked an oil change and tire rotation. I moved from MA, and this shop has now performed a state inspection as well as regular maintenance, and has likely earned my business for future repairs. For anyone looking to get work done, I find it very convenient to book online, as this location has many walk in's I know they do take them as well. Thanks Mike to you and your team, I was very happy with my service, and will consider this location for services moving forward.

I don't even know where to begin this review. To start, I hate writing negative reviews unless absolutely necessary, but my wife and I were so disappointed in our treatment. We feel it would be neglectful to not warn others. Mae in the front spoke through everything with my wife and I (phone). She tried to be as helpful as possible considering - And I can't attribute or fault her for the following events. How it started: My wife booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation ~$140 (full synthetic). While there, they recommended she have rear rotors replaced and brake fluid changed. I am so proud of her for taking it upon herself to book these repairs for the following week. When that time came, she dropped her car off (7AM), and took an Uber to work. I called around 9AM to confirm the repairs were in motion. They estimated ~$780 for the work described. And then told me one of the rear calipers was seized and they would likely need to change that for an additional ~$350. Fast forward to the end of the day - 4PM my wife goes to pick up the car, is told (paraphrased), "The car isn't finished yet, the technician took the car for a ride to make sure everything is all set." The technician returns and my wife gets word around 5:20pm that the ABS light was illuminated and they would like to fix it. My wife tells them not to go any further, she would have made other arrangements had she known it would take this long. They understood - But called her into the shop to show her (photo attached) this control arm, completely rotted through. I have so many questions surrounding the process that took place. Why wasn't this brought to her attention earlier? They had the car all day, neglecting to inform us of the rotted control arm. They ended up not replacing the caliper, but rebuilt it instead (to save money??). Fine. But what good is a brake job if the suspension/support system is entirely rotted through? Either this Firestone location needs more technical support, more hires, or experience - I don't know what it is. But I definitely won't be returning here or recommending to anyone.

The Chevy Cobolt under the account name Quinn Rodriguez is my car for a blown motor. Why is it on the Firestone review page 😭 seriously though a great company to start your career and a great company to bring your vehicle for any service. 3 stars because no one told me about my car being famous.
