Called ahead for the low beam headlight on my 2016 Jetta to confirm they had it. Representative was polite, friendly, and helpful. Picked up bulb and installed in my car. Good to go!

My rare rookie sports card got robbed by this store they should lose their contract of UPS for having rare items lost. The manager or someone in that store is going thru packaged stole my rare card

Showed up at 8:50 for a needed part. They close at 9. Door was locked and was ignored at the door. Just makes me question the overall reliability of the location. I'll default to other autopart locations in the future.

I usually don't write reviews i feel like i need to. I came in today to check my warranty on my old alternator. Alan who was working tonight was really helpful and made my experience easy. within 5 minutes i was out the door , satisfied, with a new premium alternator with a life time warranty. It makes things easy when a associate is professional. me as a car guy who's mechanically incline i just want to go quickly to grab the part from said store and install it myself the same dayl ps i've been going here since i was a kid so this store means alot

They tested my battery saw it was bad they were unable to change it because it's located in a hard to reach place so I had AAA change it but at least they tested it

My center console light went out, I had the hardest time finding the correct bulb for my van... Brandon and Wilton were working and they both went above and beyond to help me figure this out. The customer service was awesome, I will definitely be back!!!!!

The staff in Cranston/providence off of reservoir are outstanding. Super helpful and patient. Most of all they all have a very customer centric attitude and are especially empathetic to the non mechanical customers such as myself. Whoever manages that team should be considered for manager of the year. I have been to other stores and they do not even compare!!!!!

I would make this review 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I came in the other day and the kid behind the counter was sniffling and talking to his coworker about how some girl he was with sneezed in his face and how he is sick now. I get to the register and this kid doesn’t even have his mask up. Standing around his coworkers making them breathe in his germs. If you’re sick, you shouldn’t be going into work especially during a pandemic. Absolutely no regard for immunocompromised customers. It should be mandatory for employees to wear their mask or at least take sick days when needed. My boyfriend had to spray disinfectant all over the change this kid handed him because he doesn’t want to risk it.

I went there to apply for a driver job and was the worst thing I ever done. The hiring manager Jose was very miserable barley talked you ask him a question all u got was one word answers.so I finish application and he tells me I will call by the end of the day or tomorrow to let me know either way.so I waited 3 day and reached out to him and all he keeps saying is I didn't here anything back yet.and I over heard him with a costumer and was kinda rude.i won't even go there for parts any more.

Extremely poor customer service. I called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes I figured they forgot I was on hold so I called back. I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I just hung up and drove there. I walked in and there are 5 people behind the counter all talking in Spanish and one girl walking around stocking shelves. Why was I on hold for 25 minutes???

My dad purchased some parts for my car but unfortunately this location gave him the wrong one for one of the parts. Therefore, I had to go back and return it for him and get the correct part for my car. Of course, they didn’t have it in stock and said I needed to go get it from another location so whatever I just returned the part to get my dad’s money. Let it be known, he made the purchase with his card and the employee who helped me gave the money back in cash. I got home but unfortunately my dad forgot to give me the other part that needed to be returned so I had to take a second visit to the store. A different employee helped me and asked me if I had the card that my dad used to purchase the part and I said no I don’t. The employee said he wouldn’t be able to do the return for me without the card and indeed I mentioned how my first visit I got my return back in cash so why are they saying something different now... All he said to me was, “Sorry, I asked the manager and he said no.” You can already imagine how annoyed I was considering I was literally there 15 minutes ago and got my return back in cash. This location should get all their employees on the same page with their policies so incidents like this don’t happen. Not happy at all.

Unfriendly....some did not speak englis or just didnt want to...i stood there watching sincevi came in 3rd 4 5 6 ..were up Ignored me ...i turned after about 20 minw and left...i will give no score-

It has taken 5 this to various Advance Auto Parts stores to get all of the parts I have already paid for. I was told they were in stock, told they'd be at one location just to find out when I got there that they were at another store. So much running around and hassle, no one has their head on straight in any of these stores.

Very helpful employees, kind of a long wait, but once you're up, you get all the info you need. Plaza is a traffic hellscape, but that's not the AAP's fault.

Dont have what you need when you need it. Online shows in stock when physically they say they don't have it. Customer service was basically non existent. Go somewhere else for auto parts. 1/10

After having numerous bad experiences with local auto parts shop I decided to check out this store and not only were they very helpful but Bob I think maybe a manager was not only very helpful but didn't try to sell me the most expensive stuff in fact recommended what he would use himself which I thought was very Noble!

Same your time and go somewhere else, the manager gives you a hard time when you have to exchange any parts ( even when you under warranty ) even goes out of his way to put merchandise out of stock!!!
