What a wonderful team of men working there. They deserve a raise… they were very helpful! But what a deterrent to have to witness such shady people walking in and stealing so comfortably. Something should be done about that. Makes you fear for your safety just being in there. I feel bad for the kids working there..
Today I visite this store and I received some of the service form Dariel HH. I live in Cranston but definetely I will return to this store wherever need something for my car in the future.
Best service ever. I originally lost my receipt and they worked with me to find the warranty and get me the credit for my battery. Beyond grateful for how knowledgeable the staff is. Rosio is a great manager and tended to everything. Probably the best Autozone in town.
I went in on my lunch break today to get a bulb for my brake light, Bryan helped me out and went above and beyond!! Not only did he take the bulb out and help me find a new one but even installed it. It was a busy day in the store but he did not rush and was very kind. Thank you again for your help Bryan!!

Orland assisted with replacing my car battery today and he was professional, efficient, and kind. The replacement was more of a challenge than anticipated and he remained patient and explained the process. He is appreciative of his customers and I appreciate his help! Will definitely return to this location for service in the future.

Need to have people in there that know what they're doing. Had to stand in line for 30 minutes to get service. Then when I receive service they refuse to except the batteries that I was trying to get charged. No, no one know what they're doing in there.
I come in looking for a part I need I get told that they don’t have it then sent my
Brother in to get the same part and they sold it to him after telling me they don’t have it. Really these people need to get more knowledge on cars and what they have this is ridiculous not the first time it happened. Just gonna start going elsewhere they take to Damn long to assist people here anyway.
No matter what I'm there for I'm there for 10+ minutes. Their will be 5 employees on and 1 will be helping customers. They take their sweet time like we don't have cars to fix. Especially the woman that works their . Probably mid 30s . She just talk to her employees like there's not a line. Customer service is not good, they have no sense of urgency. This is a reoccurring problem.
