Answered phone call, but then just leaves me there with no answer, for over 5 minutes.

I got a flat tire coming off the highway and thankfully pulled off to this location. The staff saw me outside with my hazards on and not only did they check on me, they changed my flat for me. A huge thank you to Shawn the assistant manager!! I was traveling back to Nj and my battery was dead and needed a new one installed. I was rejected by 3 other businesses in the area due to my truck. Shawn was very professional and proficient. He was able to change my battery without hesitation ! I cannot thank him enough!! He is a HUGE ASSET to your business!! Five stars

My best friend had a dead battery upon trying to head home to NJ and Shawn was SO helpful. We finally went to O'Reilly's after trying two different AutoZone's and a Pep Boys. I will take this store and working with Shawn over any other place any day! Thank you Shawn!

I’ve gone to this store dozens of time since it has open and had favorable experiences up until recently. I’ve had two interactions with one of the store's employee who seems not to welcome my business. The vibe feels very 1950’s in saying that we want your money but you’re going to get a subpar customer service experience. I think this store needs more DEI training for their employees. I feel other customers like myself may get the same treatment so this review is for them to be aware of how they may be treated when shopping at this store.

Awesome people who work there five stars

The store reminded me of the old Benny's that was down the street from where this one opened up. It's clean and doesn't feel like your average parts store, and believe me, I've been in all of them. The manager came right over to help Jeff. They have more than one person there and are very attentive to your needs. I was able to get the part I needed in a timely manner. When I have had to return anything, they are very helpful in finding what I need. They have a bunch of free services for those of us that know nothing of the newfangled stuff under the hood! Check them out!

Auto parts store is great but prices are so to high

The store was neat. Brent, at check out was courteous and great overall.

At the counter service was polite and gave me the total cost of a starter instead of the pretax amount - very much liked my visit. Speedy, in and out service!

It's been awhile since I've been in an auto parts store, since I usually buy my parts online. I just needed some basic wire connectors to hook something to my battery. The store was clean, well lit, and plenty of staff. It was easy to find the connectors I needed, and the selection was wide. I will return to the store for future needs.

Had a horrible experience with some cashier never going back here. The other people that work there at grate just that one bad experience ruined it for me

I had a flat tire on 95 South and managed to limp my car off exit 25 into the parking lot of this O'Reilly shop to ask for help putting on my spare. Amy, the assistant manager, went above and beyond in 90 degree heat to help me get my tire changed out, ensuring I could drive to work and home safely. She even pointed out/made sure I replaced a lug nut that was lost during the blowout to be sure my spare was entirely secure and safe for me to drive with. Excellent customer service and know-how!!

Amy is amazing!!! She helped me with information about their tools for rent and was generally just so pleasant to chat with about my car struggles. She’s awesome!!!!!

Best strange selection of car parts ever. They have really weird stuff here - enough to make the place interesting. Other than that of parts of the store is a parts store. But this place is actually fun to walk into and shop around in a little bit even though they don't really have much useful.

Store was well organized & clean. They had what I needed. Customer service could use some help in the communication dept.
