Very helpful staff - parts are mostly always in stock - you can order online and pick up the item in the store or have it delivered - prices are very fair for the quality of the products. Lots of choices to consider when ordering parts for your car, new or old.

Awesome customer service, some of my parts incomplete or missed label, but the guys took care of the situation and found the right one.

They have the parts you need it's just explaining the parts you need to the sales associates who don't know anything about cars that can be frustrating...

Hey I bought a passenger side windshield wiper blade here and the guy just offered to put it on for me in the rain. The best. These guys are awesome. Definitely patronize this place

Disappointing I needed to return some parts. When I went to the store. My purchase was not listed under my phone number. I was told I had to speak to Boris about what happened. I'd call and he was never in. I don't know if he got it confused with my Father's account at State Towing. I was told it would go under my information but wasn't so returning the parts wasn't possible.I'd like to be contacted about this situation.

Love going here when I can't find parts at other places that I need I will come here and of course as always I always find what I need here they have a very large inventory.

This review is specifically for Advance Auto Parts in Attleboro, MA. Mike, who I believe is the manager, was my first point of contact and took total ownership of my call. He was so pleasant and calming, not going to lie, I was pretty worked up when I finally was refered to him. My issue started with Pep Boys and a car battery that was purchased 1 1/2 years ago in their retail store on North Main St in Providence, RI. Apparently they only run the service part of the operation now, still not clear but I'm guessing Advance Auto acquired some part of the retail, but don't quote me on that. After calling Pep Boys and being told unless I had the paper receipt, which I did, but was printed on thermal paper and essentially a blank receipt, they couldn't assist me. I was given an 800 corporate number who I was told had access to the warranty info....wrong! First question, cc number used to purchase the battery...I don't know, may have been cash, old debit number and was purchased by my brother for me to add to the mix. If you paid cash, SOL, no cc number, SOL. I was told I could email the blank receipt, with the wisp on Pep Boys logo at the top to corporate and they would make a decision. Any warranties you were promised gone. At the Pep Boy Service department someone took pity on me and gave me Mike's number. This man was so kind and helpful, took ownership of something I don't even think he had any obligation to help with, trusted me to take the new battery home and return with the old one, with just my name and number. He was incredible. I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I received and how kind he was. Everyone in customer relations should have this man's can do attitude and I quite frankly can't thank him enough for his help and his treatment.

They had a fairly limited selection of what I was looking for this time but that seems to be the case with products everywhere. Regardless, I did find what I needed which was just some fuses and everything worked out great.

Auto parts good service enough parking there's a popeyes. Subways different kind of stores decent place if you're driving by want to stop to get a sandwich is ok .

Great customer service. I actually only came here for a UPS pickup but the man who helped me, Les, I think, was so nice and helped me bring my package to my car. Will definitely come back for my car part/ accessory purchases.

Thank you guys, great service. My Toyota Camry signal bulb was not working. I drive there he helped me to get new one, even he come out helped me for Installation. Highly recommended this place.

I got a check engine light for my car. Went in to ask for assistance to find out what’s wrong and buy parts to fix the issue. 2 workers are behind the desk, asked for help and didn’t even get a glance of help. Waited a little longer and was told they to busy to scan codes. Keep in mind no customer around beside me. Store hour says open till 7.

I drive a Honda Odyssey needed antifreeze talk to the man working behind the counter 4 what type of antifreeze should I use gave me the wrong antifreeze destroyed my water pump they need some competent employees that no at least something about cars they know nothing but they talk to you like that world-class mechanics they suck

Their website is true to there in-store inventory. Great customer service. They were even offering hot dogs and hamburgers for their Super Saturday. Great deals.

Okay i understand im not the easiest person to deal with. But when people give off an obviously negative vibe, you vow never to give your business again. Sorry, but i don't recommend. Go to Autozone.

Store is sort of small by advance auto standards. But has a fairly good inventory none the less. Associates are friendly though and helpful when they can be

Good selection of auto parts and supplies in a somewhat small store. Excellent staff help you solve your problem and are very friendly. Check out sales on Advance's website to see if you can get a better deal than in-store prices.

Was not the greatest service but they have all the car and vehicle parts

Worst customer service. One of their employees was busy eating chips sitting on a counter and was giving me a look of tiresome having to help me with a return and gave me a hassle about did I purchase there when I bought the wrong part to just return from the parking lot only 8 minutes!! People just don't know how lucky they are to have a job.

It's a pretty good store, and the staff had always been friendly and willing to help out customers even by going out and checking out their cars. The vintage parts selection is very limited, but good amount of stuff for post-90s cars.
