Visited this location because the one I usually go to didn't have the part I needed. After waiting in line over 15min and being cut in front of at one point. I was told I had to wait even longer, as the woman behind the counter didn't speak English. Seriously?!

Negative stars this location sucks! I am a very loyal customer at the swansea ma location whos helpful employee bill informed me the part i needed was at this location.. i can see by other recent reviews that my experience at 80 manton ave Providence ri is the norm.. how can you work in auto parts retail and not speak English? I called multiple times to check the part availability while a friendwas on his way there (I've had bad experiences in the past in other Providence locations with inaccurate posted inventory which happens no big deal).. i got the same woman answering: "un momentíco plee no habla" and put me on hold immediately.. I did this twice while my friend was on his way there each time I was on hold more than 10 mins. When my friend got there he informed me there were no customers and he sat in the lot while I called once more.. it rang for a long time while my friend watched this woman playing with her phone and talking using very provocative body language talking to Fabian (presumably the shift manager) with no customers in the store.. when she finally answered not to my surprise she said "un momentíco plee no habla" im like part nombre es dos sies... click! on hold again. I have never had such a poor experience with any store ever this is unacceptable . My friend went to the autozone nearby in cranston where they had the part in stock for 16$ more well worth it for english speaking helpful employees..

They were ok. Recieved and item with the wrong part in the box but they exchanged it for the right one.

There are 10 working(!) people inside but everyone is watching a single cashier who takes the order! Long line but not matter! Welcome to O’Reilly! Also whatever I bought from here it got broken and malfunctioning after short time except car cleaning items from my purchase list!

Extremely rude service. Called ahead to get a part, they said they were going to pull it and make sure I'm here by 9:50 cause that's when they close 9:50 not 10 lol ok. I get there by 9:25. Check counter to get my parts, not anywhere I ask dude hey I called they said they pulled them, he goes we don't pull parts for anyone. Next he asks what did I need I tell him, he stops helping me to talk with his friend and type in his friends phone. Waited for him to find my parts, he comes to ring me up but not before talking with his buddy again. Also there's a female associate just swearing in Spanish while stocking the cooler. Ffs.

I went there today to get a bunch of parts for my car. I would have bought at least $600 worth of products but because of the two grumpy and unhappy employees working there I left without buying anything and went to another store of a different brand to buy. The moment you walk in they look at you like an enemy, they never answer your questions and the answers they give are wrong. They have no knowledge about cars. The Dunkin employees know more than the ones working here. They also spoke Spanish to each other when they realized I didn't know Spanish. They talked about me. They made me so mad and my whole day was ruined because of them. I will never shop here again and I will not have all my friends do it. BE RESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE, WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU ARE NOT! GIVE YOUR MONEY WORTH WHAT YOU EARN AND DON'T BE SO UNKNOWN!

Worst place to buy something , I bought a battery from them work for 3 months and I went to replace because was under the warranty and a manager give a hard time I won’t never come back to this store don’t buy anything from this store , they should training better manager because they have no way to treat customers , rude

My husband went there tonight to buy some microfiber cloths and the lady at the cash register had zero customer service and didn’t give him his change back. He asked for the receipt and she rudely gave it to him and still didn’t give him his change back. Thieves shouldn’t be working as cashiers.

Staff here are competent and kind. Purchased wipers that were not available in the storefront without any issues. Returned a car battery and got a $10 giftcard for it with no problems. Fast service.

Go else where this place never wants to accept a return even if you do have a receipt. I came in to return a battery that I bought 2 weeks ago and it also has a 2 year warranty. The store assistant manager Daniels C. along with associate Manual gave me a terrible time about returning the battery for no reason with my receipt. In the end he did give me a full refund because legally he has no choice but why give a customer a hard time about returning a product. I will no longer make purchases from this business there are plenty of other stores such as Advance Auto Parts. I also forgot to mention this man’s tone was rude and aggressive. I will be following up with cooperate. It’s not acceptable that customers can get treated this way from an employee anywhere.

Prices and quality better than AutoZone, Advance or Federate part store. Warranty not problem, no asking questions like other stores. This was my first time here. This was one of only two stores in the state that had the part I needed. There were an abundance of workers and I was immediately asked if I needed help. I gave them the part number and they retrieved it quickly. I was in and out within minutes.

I came to this O'REILLY store with my mechanic to get an alternator and my mechanic asked the O'REILLY employee named Pablo to test it. But He refused he said it's brand knew even though my mechanic told him that he have seen bad ones right out of the box. I spended $350 plus $200 on labor and when we tested the alternator, It was bad, I came back to the O'REILLY store they test it too same result "BAD ALTERNATOR " The manager told me we could replace it but you will have to take it out again and bring it to us. I ended spending another $300 to have it taken out and put in the knew one. My question is way did the refused to test it " Did they knew that the were selling me a BAD one????? This is very fishy " STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY SELL BAD REBUILD ALTERNATORS and sell them to you as "New If I could give this store a zero star I would be unfortunately I can't

The store has a great selection. But if you need parts look up or any staff assistance, you may want to go elsewhere. I went in with a print out from the Oreillys website showing the part I was looking for and that it was in stock, but the staff took a long time to find it.

Would rate no stars but not possible I called them asked if they had my part in stock they said they did I go take a uber there and they didnt do not go here and the first time I went was for a fan shroud and they didnt even order the right one waste of time and money they dont know what they're doing

Terrible, waited in line 20 minutes to buy a $2 part, while the other cashiers spent the entire time arguing prices with the customers in line. At least four other employees walked by me and did not even acknowledge my presence or offer to help me. The last time I will be going there....

Yesterday I was refused for bulb replacements for the front and rear... Because it was raining. Today I returned and was again refused service. The service man was rude to me and called me a liar. I know they have done this work before for me. I took my business across the street instead to AutoZone. They helped me right away.

Excellent service here! Got a new car and had a battery die on me, a motivated young man named Lou went out of his way to jump it and install a new one with me, then later helped me sort out a code that came up. The CEL hasn't come up since. Nice Gentleman named Ricky also helped me fix a quick problem I had without pushing me to buy parts I didn't need, clearly knows his stuff and was able to direct me towards another location which had things in stock that they didn't.

I have dealt with a lot of auto parts store and I would have to say that this is one of the best. Not only are the counter help friendly , they are extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help find a solution to the problem. I also found their prices extremely competitive and more than likely have what I need in stock.

Great place competitively in the community for a auto store, I now call O'Reilly my auto store. The workers are always ready to help day or night and are ready and willing to answer your questions. The AutoZone workers and managers directly across the street are not willing to just there job let alone go an extra foot not even a mile. That is a poor excuse for retail of any kind. Thank you O'Reilly's for opening up in the neighborhood.

I've been waiting for this store to make it to NE. Its hard to give the new guy on the block a chance but its worth it. I have walked in several times and am always greeted by the staff. All counter staff listen to what you need and find it for you...best thing is they carry enough parts so you don't wait until the next day. In my work, I can't afford to delay jobs due to lack of parts, like some other parts places in the area. Will be ordering from these guys!!!
