I had a great experience with Liberty Collision. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. My car looked like new when I picked it up. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend Liberty Collision to anyone needing body work.

Does not stand by their warranty on car fixing. Try to blame it on another accident. That's why they couldn't fix it. What a lie the car was fixed there about 2 months ago and it came apart and they do not stand by the warranty. Do not take your car here

Stopped by Liberty Collision Center last Friday for an estimate on some minor damage to my vehicle. Told them that I would be paying for the work myself, not an insurance claim. Young man came out and surveyed the damage and said that he would send me an estimate via email in the next day or so. Six days later and still no response. Obviously they are not interested in doing the work on my vehicle. Have since given the work to someone else

Quality of the repair was fine (the brand new door they installed was somehow dirty and had hair and grime on it), but I was lied to on the phone over and over again. I dropped the car off on July 17th/18th, and they said it’d be about 2 weeks of work, and ~$3,600. I called in early august asking what was taking so long, cause nothing was done, and they said that they “had just started working on it because they had to wait for the insurance to send them the money.” The car was just finished on August 30th, and the total cost was $6,900 (DOUBLE what the estimate was). On the receipt I was given, it also showed that the insurance company sent them the money no later than the 23rd of July, meaning that they certainly were NOT still waiting for the money by the 10th of August. This was extremely expensive and inconvenient, and they were never honest with me about what was going on with my car.

I just wanted to take a minute and brag on the LC guys! I pulled in today with a ding from a car door in the school pick up line. The team was amazing! Front desk receptionist was so kind. Gentleman came out assessed the situation, and grabbed another gentleman from the paint department. They quickly & efficiently fixed this minor issue, and sent me on my way! Thanks guys! Will definitely recommend LC in the future!

Fantastic customer service. Had two issues with separate cars and this shop has top notch work. I highly recommend this for anyone with car problems.

Called to get a quote todo a Full body paint job for my car mentioned I had to the car all the way down to the shell and was ready to get painted. Told them I would pay cash and all they refused to give me an Estimate and told me they cannot do that and don't want my business.

I had my 2012 toyota corolla repaired after an accident here. The vehicle was returned with scratches on a door they replaced. They took it back repainted the section, but kept the car for an extra week. They agreed to pay for a rental, gave it to me and didn't pay for it. Enterprise sold the invoice to collections which I had to get insurance to make Liberty pay for it. Then the paint fish eyed, door not seem sealed and had pinholes all over the repaired sections. Andrea lied to me and said "those were stone chips previously there." I had to take the car to a second body shop where insurance made liberty pay for the repairs. They don't honor the "warranty", it's just a sales pitch. Andrea rolled her eyes and scoffed at me many times when debating about my car. The whole time she had this attitude as if she was doing me a favor. They were not honest or fourth coming at all. Don't trust them with your car. They didn't once apologize or try to make things right after they severely inconvenienced me when state farm agreed they did bad work on my car. They weren't even surprised they lied.

After my car being struck I called Liberty Collision and they got me right in for an estimate the next day. Friendly and thorough. I was able to keep the claim moving instead of waiting three weeks for an estimate.

They made the whole process so easy. My bumper was replaced and you can't tell one bit. Seth was super knowledgeable and kept me updated with everything. And the lady at the desk was always pleasant 😁

They worked very well with our insurance, it was seamless. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. The quality of work is exceptional.

Seth went above and beyond to help us with all the hurdles of getting my husbands car back. He understood how important the car was to us and made sure it looked brand new again. I couldn't thank Seth and the rest of the staff at Liberty collision enough!

This shop is terrible! The customer service is absolute trash! Rachel and Andrea will lie to you on the phone and to your face. They cannot be trusted. They have scammed me and State Farm. They had my car for a full week without calling me then lied to me multiple times as to when it would be ready. I had to tell them to put my bumper back on because I was taking it just to get it back. They took off parts that weren't damaged and billed my insurance for things they never fixed. They made multiple promises to call me to bring it back in and never called. If I wasn't in the middle of it between them and State Farm, I would file a law suit. These people CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!

Excellent service! I had a small bit of damage to the rear of my car, they returned my car quickly, even replaced some missing letters unrelated to the accident and cleaned my car. Seth was great and would call to give updates. Highly recommend!

They have wonderful Customer service and the gentlemen that did my estimate was very polite and listened to everything I had to say!!! Good place to start getting your car fixed and I'll let you know when it's done how that was as well!!!! Thanks!

Liberty Collision is a place that you most definitely need to use for your car repairs . They are excellent with the customer service completely . No problems at all with them or their work . They are very good at what they do for sure. I am pleased to have found them and for having used them .

They did a great job of repairing my 2016 GMC Canyon back passenger door. Complete it within about one week's time. Very happy.

My daughters car was hit and we took it here for repairs. The staff was very friendly but the work they did was unsatisfactory. After removing the bumper they noticed there was prior damage which caused them to not be able secure it properly. They never informed her of this. After picking up the car the guard underneath began to fall off and was dragging the ground. We took the car back the next day and that is when we were told about prior damage. One side of the bumper came unsecured as well. They fixed it to the best of their ability without replacing the bumper and gave us an estimate to replace it. When I expressed my unhappiness that they didn’t put it back together properly or even tell her about it and let her take the car with pieces falling off the car they apologized. Too little too late. They should’ve made a call when all this was discovered instead of trying to pass it off.

Absolute professionals. Had a few thousand in body damage and Liberty Collision Center did excellent work. Got it done in the exact amount of days estimated, with less the cost estimated. Got my car back clean and in great shape. Would definitely suggest you take your vehicle to these guys if you have work needing done.

I had the misfortunate of having my vehicle being total loss. My dealings with Liberty Collision (and Steve Schram) were outstanding. I found Steve to be very fair and honest. In conversations with State Farm, they too give Liberty Collision excellent ratings. It is without question I should I need auto collision repairs in the future....I will return to Liberty Collision

This is the second vehicle I’ve had them perform collision repair on. They are professional, do quality work, and keep you informed of the progress. They have a great warranty and friendly staff. They also took care of the rental vehicle return as well. Definitely recommended.

I had a phenomenal experience with my first ever visit to Liberty Collision Center in Hamilton, OH. I am very skeptical of mechanics and I am even more picky about who works on my vehicle. Needless to say I have very high expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my car. Liberty Collision Center demonstrated that they are very detail oriented, and thorough with great customer service. I highly recommend services with Liberty Collision Center.

Needed noisy lower drivers side door hinge (door check) replaced on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had to remove the door to replace the hinge. These folks are super fast! Planed for 30 minute or more wait and I wasn't there 15. Door alignment is perfect. Friendly, FAST, and Fair rates. Easily earn 5 Stars!

I can't say enough about this place... Chris and staff made my collision repairs seamless from start to finish!!! From taking care of the insurance to setting up a loaner car for me, I didn't have to lift a finger!!! Would not hesitate to use them again!!! (Dan Allen)

They were absolutely amazing from the time I called needing to get my car in after hydroplaning and having the front bumper ripped off. They took wonderful care of my "baby" even when I got my car back, and it still had a shake to it, they called back to my insurance, and got the repair approved. Outstanding Service and Work! Brought my vehicle in after a brush with the concrete wall. Before committing, the staff was happy to answer questions and share their repair process by taking us back to see work happening on other vehicles. What I saw made me confident I was at the right place. When the estimate was finished, they said they could take it right away. I didn't have a rental car arranged yet...so the staff gave me a lift back home! After that, I knew I was in good hands. During my repair, I was able to stop by and see progress. The owner was kind enough to send pictures to me directly. I received phone calls keeping me apprised the entire time. When my repair was finished, I found my vehicle in better condition than it was before my accident. The work was flawless, and I'd be the first one to find even the tiniest mistake. As other reviews note, the staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my experience. I saw smiles everywhere I looked each time I was there. They even let me drop off my rental car there, and coordinated to get it back to Enterprise. This was my first time using collision center...and the folks at Liberty Collision took a stressful event and turned it into something positive and reassuring. Truly a great experience!
