I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Tire Mart for over 5 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Frederick. Whether I’m buying a new set of tires or coming in for routine maintenance and repairs, the outcome is always the same: top-notch work and zero stress. Ben, Mike, and the rest of the team are the definition of a trusted tire and auto repair shop. They provide honest advice, very fair pricing, and they actually stand behind their work. It’s rare to find a shop that combines this level of expertise with genuine customer care. If you want the job done right without the "big chain" hassle, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I'm new to the area and drove 30 minutes just to have my car looked at by Ben, and it was worth it. For the first time, I felt like I got real answers. The shop has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone was honest and straightforward with me. There were no unnecessary charges, and they even walked me through everything in case I wanted a second opinion. I also appreciated the neighborhood feel. you can tell they genuinely care about the community, and the regulars clearly feel at home there.

Sent my son alone for the first time to get an oil change for his vehicle, but the vehicle also needed other work performed plus a check for something of concern. The staff made it easy all-around. I called ahead and notes were put on the account then was able to pay remotely online once all was done and an invoice was sent for review.

Very happy with this small business. They are trustworthy and reasonable. I don't have to worry they are quoting services I don't need. This is necessary since my car is very old.

I’m on the other side of the world and my daughter was in a bind with her car tire. Other big brand shops quoted her ridiculous prices for a simple nail removal. The kind folks at Tire Mart were amazing. They were kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to take care of her. From a very grateful father, thank you! 🙏

Took my car in to get a flat repaired, tire rotation, and a couple other small things checked out. The guys at the shop were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. They even checked out my spare tire, which I appreciated a lot! I appreciated their service and will be going back when needed.

The guys at Tire Mart have always taken great care of my families vehicles. We've taken our cars to them for tires, tire repairs, rotation, and oil changes. I recently had some concerns with my battery and brakes so they checked them out for me and let me know everything was as it should be instead of finding problems that didn't exist just to get money out of me. Pricing is fair and they are always honest and never try to sell us products or services we don't need.

Tire Mart fixed my tire and got me in and out quick. Friendly place with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

I stopped in for a quick tire patch on Christmas Eve, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Even in a short visit, it was obvious that Ben truly cares about his employees, his customers, and the community as a whole. That kind of integrity really stands out to me. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and it felt like the kind of place where people enjoy working and customers are treated with respect. That atmosphere doesn’t happen by accident. As a bonus, meeting Eleanor the bulldog absolutely made my day. If you value supporting local businesses that do things the right way, I highly recommend Ben and the entire Tire Mart crew.

I came here after having continuous tire issues with another company. They were super friendly and got my tire corrected, haven’t had an issue with it since. 10/10 experience!!!

Tiremart (Ben, Mike and staff) are great trustworthy people. They try to save the costumer money by giving you a truthful, diagnostic list of repairs. The list is from most important to not importantat all.. They have always guided me to do "what needs to be done" first. They have never over charged or fluffed a situation into something it wasn't in order to get more money out of me. If anything they have looked for ways to discount things to help me spend less. ..... the company as a whole is a phenomenal establishment!

Real deal here. Great work, great prices, walk in customers accepted. And they give real completion estimates. Staff is friendly and they keep you informed. Definitely going back and definitely recommend.

Had a great experience having my engine replaced here took less than five business days and they already had the truck back to me in great condition ben was quick and responsive and straight to the point highly recommend to anybody who needs major work done.

The good folks at Tire Mart and Automotive provide vehicle inspection services. Job was done in a little over an hour. Staff is courteous and professional.

I unfortunately got a flat tire while at Loch Moy Farm. A kind man and his wife were walking and stopped to help me and my daughters. I asked for a recommendation to get new tires and he recommended Tire Mart. I called Tire Mart and they were beyond helpful! They went through three options of tires with me and had the new set of tires the next morning. I dropped off my truck and it was ready for pick up in a few hours. Ben was absolutely amazing along with everyone else I interacted with. It is no question why this shop has been in business for so many years! Exceptional service with a smile! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Needed 4 tires replaced on my vehicle. I had called several places who had told me 1-2 weeks to get tires delivered so was happy when Tire Mart could get me in the next day. Unfortunately, through my mistake, I told them the wrong tire size (my car has two different tire sizes for front and back) so when I showed up it was wrong (my fault). Instead of being annoyed or frustrated with me, they simply focused on solving the problem and had the right tires there the next day. No shame, no charge, just complete customer focused problem solving with a friendly approach. Could not recommend them more!

I've gotten multiple cars serviced here over the years (wide variety of general repairs/replacements, tires, brakes, new manual transmission, etc.). They are always trustworthy, responsive, and informative. They are my go-to.

I was needing new tires and a friend recommended Tire Mart, which ended up being a great recommendation. From the moment I called, with all my questions , Ben made me feel completely at ease. He took his time, going over the tire options , what he liked and didn't like about each one, the pricing , everything. He sent me an file with all the different tires so I could read about them. It was super easy to make an appointment once I knew which tires I was going with and in person the people could not have been nicer. Professional and kind. That's a big thing with me.. I was in and out really quickly despite how busy they seemed. It looks like they are really popular which also speaks to how good their shop.is. Great place, great people, great service. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Tiremart when I needed to get new tires for my car urgently. They got all 4 of my tires in by the end of the day. Ben was extremely helpful with explaining to me and finding em the best deal with these. I highly recommend!!

My first time at Tire Mart. I went in thinking I had to buy new tires because two of them were leaking air. Instead I was told I didn't need new tires, that simple repairs would take care of the problems. Honest service and price. Quick and easy! Could not be happier. Tire Mart for the win thanks to many of those who recommended them but a special shout out to Ben Lucas who commented on my FB post and within 5 minutes of me pulling up to the shop, he came out and got his guys to start working on figuring out what was wrong with my car by taking a look at it for free. Instead of having to pay $448 (cheapest price from walmart for new tires I found on my own with a warranty) Within less the 1 hour felt like 30 mins, they were done and even had me test drive it with Jayden a mechanic from their shop. Thank to each and everyone of yall at Tire Mart for not trying to rip me off and for rebalancing my car for less then $50! Huge thanks to the EVERYTHING FREDERICK Facebook community !
