Churchill Auto is a hidden gem in Frederick. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. They were honest, upfront, and didn't tried to upsell anything unnecessary. You can tell they really know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. Everything was handled promptly, and the communication was excellent the whole way through. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop

I needed an auto shop to complete an inspection on my van that was honest and reliable. Churchill Auto Care was that and more. From start to finish they treated me like family. My van had an issued that required immediate action to pass inspection. Noah explained everything in terms I could understand. The price for labor and the part was very reasonable. He was able to order the part and have the mechanic install it within hours. Yay! Now my van has passed inspection and I know it is safe for the next person. When I arrived to pick up my van Brandy was friendly and helpful.

They have modern customer service and I love it. Scheduling online, digital report sent via text with notes and pictures. Dropped off and picked up the same day. Great service.

I dropped my car off the same day that JLR experienced a cyber attack and all operations shut down - no new cars sales, no parts distribution, nothing. Churchill was great in finding a way to secure original parts, and once they had them, getting them on quickly. Very easy and accommodating to work with! We will definitely be using them in the future!!

I have been going to Churchill since I moved to Frederick, roughly about four years ago, I was always really happy with them, but it seems like something has definitely changed in the last couple of months there, the service is not what it used to be. I brought my car back in again, but this time it was because it was overheating. They said it was the radiator hose again that I had just fixed a couple months prior so they fixed that under warranty got it back home and it overheated again this time. It was supposedly the cooling fan paid and replaced that, went back to work and broke down again, Mind you I paid the bill for the tow to get it back to the shop, even though it was not my fault, this time They thought it was the water outlet, they fixed that, after all of that, I once again broke down the very next morning when I was trying to work again, This time they did the whole entire radiator fan and assembly. Also the transmission cooler lines, It should not take that many times to diagnose a problem. Not to mention now, I’m questioning how all those things supposedly went bad at once, I have pretty much been without my car for almost a whole month now. And still don’t know if it’s working properly because another bill surfaced that apparently was not paid and my car is being held until a payment is made for that. I also asked for a picture showing the new transmission cooler lines in because this just seems like a lot of things being put in New to fix one problem, the picture I received Did not actually show the transmission cooler lines it was in the general vicinity of it, so don’t understand why I couldn’t get an actual picture of the work that I paid for, also during this time on two separate occasions, I was quoted prices and when I went to go pay, they were $100 extra each two times, Needless to say my experience in the last month has been horrible, whenever I do get my car back I definitely will not be coming back!!

So glad that I found this place. The whole team is honest, reliable, and the service I received on my vehicle was top notch. They are also very fairly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate visiting this small business for your car care needs!

Just opened a small business and purchased a used Dodge. Churchhill was amazing with fixing my truck and completing my state inspection. Everyone was great to work with. The systems they have in place for customer convenience was top notch! I recommend anyone to go there. They are my new auto care shop!

I was told I needed new tires on my Convertible Mini Cooper, by a tire store in Frederick, Md. One day as I was putting the top up on my convertible, the plastic cover just fell off of and left all of the instrumentation exposed. I called my body shop to see if they could fix it, but they informed me that they could not and suggested I go next-door to Churchhill Auto Care. I called them and they made room for me immediately. The part to replace the cover over the instrumentation panel would have cost me $700 not including the repair costs. However, there was a young man there who specialized in Mini Coopers and he repaired the plastic cover at very little cost to me. Back to the tires, when I was there, I realize that they did multiple things. I asked Brandy if they could take a look at my tires. Immediately a young man began to look up different kinds of tires for my particular Mini Cooper. Then he went outside and took a look at the Mini Cooper tires, because I had bought the car used, but it only had 20,000 miles on it. It didn’t seem that that average 60,000 miles for tires was anywhere near being reached. Apparently, the dealer in Virginia, where I bought my car had switched the tires before they sold it to me. The thread was thin on two of the tires, but not bad at all on the other two. Sadly, the mechanics I had been going to had put the two bad tires on the same side of the car. Although I had paid for having my tires balanced, apparently they don’t realize that the car is front wheel drive and that the good tires should always be on the front of the car. Instead of having to buy four tires like the tire store guy had told me I needed. Churchhill told me I only needed two tires and they should both go on the front of the car. Instead of paying nearly $1300 for all new tires at the tire store, I only paid $600 at Churchhill for two tires. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate having an honest dealer to work with. They are my new go to place! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Frederick area!

We were at Frederick from New Jersey and we had a problem with our car and we had to leave that same day.We searched on Google for mechanic shops and saw Churchill and we got our car there and our issues were addressed promptly once they realized we were out of state and even more pleasing is that the car was fixed for free and they were very pleasant as well. I highly recommend.

Great staff, clean facility, and many garage bays to do many jobs at once. I recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs.

Recently I took my truck here. I had first tried to go through another shop with warranty and kept getting nickled and dimed for everything. I then found out that Churchill was a warranty servicer. Took my truck to Churchill and it was a world of a difference . They were so transparent and helpful . The quote sent to me had videos showing the issues . The quote also had every single thing broken down line by line. I was just supposed to get a new front end differential but brandy went at the warranty company and ended getting me - struts , shocks and engine mounts on top of it Your also able to text into the shop for updates and you will ALWAYS get a response within 30 min usually. These guys and girls are A grade and worth 10 stars . They will doing everything to family and my vehicles from here out

Churchill Auto Care is a great place I need an inspection done and they were able to take me the same day and got me in and out pretty quickly. They have a wonderful staff who is very easy to talk to and work with. I felt like I was treated with respect and was not pushed to buy anything else. I will definitely come back here in the future!

One if not the best auto repair shop here in Frederick. Customer service is like no other, especially to Brian who was MORE than helpful along the process of repairing my vehicle. This shop genuinely cares about their customers and the work they do is a great display of that. I recommended anyone and anybody to visit Churchill Auto Care for all their vehicle repair needs.

My second time servicing my car in this location and I like it. First was my 4 runner and weeks later brought my camry. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. They don't try to oversell you things you don't need. They are straight to the point and do exactly what you want on your vehicle. They might recommend some things that needs service and the decision is entirely yours to make. professionals. Their waiting area is superb. Very comfortable couches along with coffee ☕️ cookie breakfast 😋. The bathroom is clean and spacious.

I have not had a better experience, at an auto center. They are friendly and very thorough. Comfortable waiting area, though a bit small. The bathrooms are clean. There are even free snacks and beverages. Kenny was great! He followed up with me via email to discuss the necessary repairs my vehicle is in need of. The prices are very reasonable. I think I found my preferred auto center. No more looking.

WOW! 5 stars is not enough for this review. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a place to service my car. It is not often discussed, but finding a good and reliable place to take your car in is extremely important, and has been a big concern for me. My visit today has surpassed all of my expectations and I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the price was extremely reasonable. Thank you Churchill Auto Care and your amazing team!

I've been taking my vehicles to Churchill Auto Care for 5 years. They have always been honest with recommendations and up front about expectations. They warranty their work and repairs made were perfect. I would 100% recommend them to anybody!

Very detailed auto shop very clean gives you full inspection with explanation and photos which i have never seen an auto shop do that. Ollie the office dog super friendly be careful when you pet him he'll lean into you and he's muscular heavy dog but super nice. I'm taking my car back there for any maintenance work excellent place. And they have snacks 😋

Matthew and David provided top notch service for my vehicle. My vehicle required 40K miles maintenance. They took time to do the job right. I was truly impressed with the quality of service I received. I will take my car back to Churchill Auto Care knowing they will take care of your vehicle as if it was their own. I called Churchill Auto Care to have my car looked at when it started acting funny on the highway with no indicator lights on, the soonest they could get me in was 4 days later - it started on Monday, my appointment was made for Friday. The next day, Tuesday, my check engine light came on and I was not comfortable driving it daily, so I dropped it off and had to get a rental. I was expecting to have my rental for the week, and was totally shocked when I received a message Wednesday afternoon with the details of what was going on with my car and what was needed to fix it. That Thursday, my car was completely fixed and ready for me by the end of the day. They truly did everything they could for me so that I could get my car back sooner, and I never even expected it of them. They went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this place and will continue to use it myself!

This was the first time that I brought my car to Churchill Auto Repair for repair. My insurance company—State Farm—recommended their services. Churchill Auto Repair replaced several very important parts, changed the oil, changed the transmission fluid, and replaced the windshield wipers. In the end, I paid over $2,000.00 for all the repairs but I feel that Churchill’s work was excellent—the car appears to be much improved. Also, I felt that Brian, who I spoke with exclusively, was very articulate, detailed, and honest throughout my experience with Churchill. I recommend Churchill without any reservation.

The staff and mechanics at Churchill are amazing! I brought my car in for an oil change and some concerns I had with the brakes. They discovered the right front caliper was sticking and the rear brakes were completely worn out. When the brake hose wasn't available until the next day, rather than have me come back, they set me up with a rental car which they paid for. They do excellent work, they're reasonably priced, they're honest, and they're some of the kindest and caring people you'll ever meet. I recommend them to everyone!

The service received at Churchill Auto Care was top-notch. They picked up my car and assessed it properly, then they gave me a fair price on parts and labor. The part came in a little bit late which was not their fault and they even dropped it right back off as soon the car was done. The car runs much smoother now and doesn't make the noises that it was before. I don't think it gets any better than this for quality auto care.

First off I am not one to write reviews but I want everyone to know how awesome this business is. I have used Churchill before and they always do an outstanding job but this time they went above and beyond for my family. My daughter came home for a quick visit from NC, she started to have car issues the day before she had to leave. I called Churchill and told them what was going on and that I needed all the work done that day because she needed to leave by 5pm. I probably talked to them like 5 times trying to get quotes and just figuring out everything we needed to do. Brian & Dave had lots of patience with me and knew I was very concerned about getting my daughter home on time & safe. Not only did they quote me fantastic prices but was able to get all the work done (which was a significant amount of items) and them some in the required time I was requesting on top of all the other appointments and work they had that day. Churchill will always be my mechanic and I will never go to another in Frederick. Not only are they good at their job but they are passionate, caring, understanding, honest and truly care about their customers. I am very much a family person and my family is everything to me. That day they showed me that they cared just as much about my daughter and her safety as I did. This means the world to me and I can’t thank them enough for going out of their way to ensure my daughter’s car was in order in such a short time for her to get home to NC safe and on time. If you need anything done on your vehicles, please take them here, you will not be disappointed. Best mechanic I have ever had and in Frederick! Thank you again!

Outstanding customer service and fair prices! At not a single point was I hassled to buy extra services. The team was very friendly and courteous. When they were diagnosing my BMW for an issue, they believed the problem would be fixed in a day but the car had to stay over for a few days. They assumed responsibility for that and even paid for my car rental! Very knowledgeable staff, highly recommended in the Frederick area.
