They did a fabulous job my truck look like it did when it was brand new. They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle. Extremely satisfied with their services.
Had a minor mishap with my tractor and my truck. Didn’t know what to do and decided to give Kenwood auto body a call because they were right down the road in Frederick from me. Turns out that they were partners with my insurance company and Steph at the front desk, explained everything to me on how to file the claim and what steps they were going to do. Bryan told me exactly how the repair was gonna go, gave me an estimated time, gave me an estimate and they got me in the shop the next day. They got the parts ordered right away and the repair was finished on time actually a little bit early. They kept me informed every step of the way through text and emails and then when it was finally done, they gave me a call and told me it was time to pick it up and I came that day and it looks great. They gave it a nice wash so it looks nice and clean as you can see in the pictures that I posted. Would highly recommend them. I’ll probably have them fix something else on another one of my cars in the not too distant future.
Took my 2023 chevrolet tahoe to Kenwood Auto Body on 1/5/2026,,, I am so very pleased that I made the right decision on choosing them had other body shops in mind also but Kenwood kept coming up first in my thoughts... First of all the facilities are excellent and 1st rate... Everything I say is only my opinion,,, the person who I contacted conducted himself in an upright and professional manner I believe his name is Matt very professional I look for that... Also was kept up to date on step by step work being done on my vehicle which I liked and noticed through my insurance company estimates that Kenwood was not willing to use shortcuts in order to repair my vehicle ( meaning BONDO ?) I am so very pleased that they did it right, extremely pleased I am a car guy I know the difference that it makes later down the road... To keep it short I recommend Kenwood Auto Body in Frederick MD they did me right Thank you...!!! Also the guy that did my truck "AWESOME JOB" everything looks great...!!!
Very professional shop to work with throughout the entire process. Their level of communication and customer service is unmatched. I worked with Matt from start to finish and he made sure everything was handle to their usual high standard. I would definitely recommend working with them in the future.

I never had a problem getting ahold of anyone and no waiting around for the shop to call me back.
1. Had to have car towed. Tow truck driver was great. He said "dont worry they will make your car look like new", and he was right.
2. By lunch time the car was disassembled and Bryan was working on a parts list for repairs and a price quote. (Car didn't sit for a day or two until they "could get to it")
3.By the end of the first day I had a detailed quote that was easy to understand. An itemized parts list of about 100 parts each with a cost for labor and materials so I could see exactly what was being charged.
4. Price was a fair price for high quality work. No excessive markups on parts or labor. I'm sure you can find someone cheaper, but it's cheaper for a reason.
5. Work took about two weeks to finish and Bryan was great about calling every few days to give me an update.
I picked the car up and it was as good as new. It was amazing.
Any bodywork I need for the rest of my life, I'll be going to Kenwood. Thanks!!
My vehicle was involved in a collision and while I typically use another local chain body shop, I decided to take a “risk” and use this new body shop through Geico, and it was the best decision I could have made. Kenwood kept constant contact with me on the status of my vehicle and my Nissan looks great after the repairs. I recommend Kenwood to anyone. I will definitely be using this shop in the future.
A neighbor hit my car last week. His insurance suggested I take my car to Kenwood for repairs. I am so glad I did. I walked into the building last wk, was instantly greeted by the receptionist *Stephanie, I think is her name*. She was warm and friendly and spoke to me as if I have known her forever. She called the rent a car place for me to arrange a ride for me. The mechanic walked me to my car and went over the damage and what I could expect from them. He even pointed out a few pieces that needed fixed that I didnt even notice. I was kept informed about repairs and how long it was going to take, daily. I never had to call and ask how long it would take cause I had an estimated time every day through text. Originally it was going to take until the 17th, but I was texted this morning that all repairs were finished early and I could pick up my car!! I went to get my car and the receptionist, again, let me know they would take care of returning the rent a car, and I have a life time Warranty on any repairs done in their shop. I couldn't be happier with this place!

I took my Tesla here and I was satisfied with the service. They kept me updated by text and they were able to work on it at the Rockville location but bring it back to Frederick. They cleaned my car inside and out and made it look nice! Also, they took care of returning my rental for me which was awesome. Thank you Kenwood Auto Body for a job well done!
