Frederick Auto Body has worked on multiple of our vehicles over the years. We have always worked with Will, he is great joy to work with. They handle everything behind the scenes and their communication is top notch. They return the vehicles always washed and very clean.

I have had 3 vehicles repaired there, and they do excellent work.I will always go back

the guy who answer the phone was rude when asking if they have time for a estimate. when i show up for a estimate.the guy doing my estimate who had a ruff voice acted aggressive when showing him my car.he keep saying he knows everything when im telling him about my car in a rude way.then he give me the same qoute on the car same the other company.he acted like he didnt want my service.i recommend never using this place

I am new to Frederick and was involved in a car accident. I chose Frederick AutoBody because of the reviews and was not disappointed. Will and his team did a great job. They took care of reviewing the insurance estimate and completed the repairs within a very reasonable time. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend.

Frederick Auto Body is great! I stopped by in a whim to have them look at my front bumper. I had a very minor run in with another vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentlemen who came out to look at it with me. He looked at it for a minute and then walked back inside and grabbed some type of degreaser. He polished the bumper and it looked good as new, the scuff must have been all surface level. I appreciated his help so much. For any auto body work in the future, this is my first stop! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Although it took awhile for the parts to come, they did a good & quick job replacing both my headlights and my R side door mirror.

Quality work by a professional staff. A deer ran into the side of my car. The repair was scheduled in less than a week and completed in a few days under the quoted price. You simply cannot ask for better than that.

Stopped in today to get a estimate or ideas what I could do for the messed up sides of my car. All three of the guys there could not have been more helpful. They were kind enough to try a liquid on my car it did not work. One went in and got another product and in a quick moment the damage that had been done by us looked 90% better!! So kind of them, something that quick may not seem like a big deal to them but it was a huge deal to me! No wonder this place gets great reviews! Thanks!!

My front bumper was hanging on the right side and they patched it up so quick. Took like 3 days. The price was about what I expected, and they give you a full report of all the costs that go into it. I appreciate the transparency and Bryan was great, seems like an honest guy.

Frederick Auto Body was able to get me scheduled quickly. They attached a tow hitch to my car. I was able to drop off my car the night before. They have a convenient key drop box. It was ready for pick up by noon the next day. It was a super quick turnaround time and high quality work. They took great care of my car during the whole process. The quote they provided was spot on and a very fair price. I highly recommend them for any auto body work you may need.

Always helpful and honest. Went there for some damage on my car paint and they were able to fix it right there for free. We have had multiple repairs done with them and it's always been a great experience

Took a nearly new car here after a bumper *incident*. Dropped it off on a whim due to the reviews and needing something close by. They were able to replace the entire front bumper, grill and other incidentals at a really reasonable cost, even finding a wiring harness so that an entire light fixture didn't need replacing. Even without an appt they had the car in the shop on a Wednesday, ordered parts that day,and had everything done, painted (perfectly!) and all set by Tuesday the following week. Kept me up to date on pricing and estimates if they changed (it did slightly once they took the bumper off which I figured) and overall we're super amazing to work with. Would definitley use again.

They were professional, thorough, and communicative and delivered what they promised. They showed flexibility when I needed to change my appointment, and once my vehicle was there, they kept me posted every step of the way. This is the 2nd time I have used them, and if needed, I will go back without hesitation.

Frederick Auto Body was wonderful to work with. My BMW was absolutely perfect after a deer hit the driver side rear door. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently.

I came to Frederick Auto Body with minor damage to my mirror. Every other place I went to, to get a quote wanted to sell me a brand new mirror, but Kevin L. worked with my Ford F150 purchased only the parts needed for the repair and fixed my broken mirror frame back into working condition. Instead of paying $250 for a minor repair, I only paid a few bucks. I definitely recommend this shop and the team. They definitely want to please their customers first over making money. I have been repeated customer. Highly recommend. My Toyota Sienna back door was replaced a year ago and now have some water leakage issues. I stopped by at this place they glad to get that fixed. Always friendly and welcoming. Very easy to work with. Will recommend to anyone. Definitely will come back again if anything needed.

These guys are awesome! Very fast turn around, paint match is amazing, no complaints at all on my end. Very level headed and cool people to talk to. This is why they cost a little more than the cheap shops, the work they do speaks for itself. Would recommend to anyone.
