Every cloud has a silver lining. My truck drive shaft fell out, 1.5 hours into a 13 hour drive to St. Louis, a few days before Christmas. The guys at Dynamic Automotive went above and beyond to get me fixed up and on my way. I was home by Christmas Eve night, after picking it up that morning. Very grateful to have broken down at that particular exit and landed, by chance, at their shop. Thanks!

They failed my car for the Maryland state inspection for an expensive part and labor charge that two other mechanics confirmed were unnecessary. Meanwhile, the same inspector passed the car with front brake pads so thin they began grinding against the rotors just two weeks later. They likely assumed I would return to their shop for both repairs; they were mistaken.

Brought in my 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan for an engine‑related warning and to check a potential oil leak. From drop‑off to pickup, the staff were friendly and transparent. The technicians completed a careful diagnostic, communicated clearly, and confirmed everything was in good order. They also identified a fuse issue and corrected it promptly -taking ownership and making it right. No upselling, just honest, straightforward service. Five stars!

I previously gave this business a positive review. They always try to upsell -- so what, every business does. But on my most recent visit, they told me that, among other expensive things, I needed to replace 2 tires. I drove to my usual tire place, where I was told that I did need 1 new tire, but they couldn't even find evidence of another tire that was bad. So this wasn't an attempt to upsell, it was a direct lie. I then took the car to the dealer, and the cost of every type of maintenance and repair was significantly less. I will not be returning.

I brought my car in because it had a bulge in the tire. They saw me right away, explained the issue and recommended a repair at a reasonable price and even gave me a loaner car for no additional cost. Great honest mechanic, I would highly recommend!

Just got out of an excellent experience at Dynamic. They did the oil as well as added air to my tires and per my request, cleaned the inside of the windshield!! Five stars easily.

I can't thank Dynamic enough - my wife and I were racing from Williamsburg, Va., back home to Northeast Ohio on a pretty tight schedule. The tire light came on and we figured we'd better get it checked out since we still had several hours of driving ahead of us. Stu gave the car an immediate look and made sure we were good to go. They refused numerous offers to pay. Just incredibly classy folks. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be thrilled to return and give them our business.

I ran over a large screw leaving Giant and immediately began to lose tire pressure. In a panic I drove to Dynamic. They were so kind and helped me immediately. There were a few other issues with my valve stems and I needed replacements. They had everything done in less than a day and even drove me home! I’m so impressed with the speed and level of service. Top notch and local!

The team at Urbana saved me when I had car troubles in the middle of a long trip. They did an amazing job and put in the extra effort to get me back on the road as quick as possible. Everyone at the shop was very friendly, and they were super accommodating to make sure my impromptu vacation in Urbana was pleasant.

These guys are amazing professionals. A few weeks ago, I had a transmission fluid problem during a long roadtrip. I stopped in, and Stu, Dakota, and Nick went above and beyond to thoroughly resolve the problem. My family and I arrived safe and sound at our family reunion. You hear people say "support the troops" all the time; these guys supported this troop better than probably anyone has in all my 21 years of service....If you want your car serviced by the best, bring it here!

Our family vehicle broke down on a roadtrip, and we were pointed to this garage, and we are so grateful. Their rates were reasonable, but our car was just too old to justify repairs. I was really impressed with the transparency and professionalism of the folks at Dynamic. I felt that they were able to balance the needs of my car, my financial and time-sensitive worries, as well as their needs as a business. Also, everyone at the shop seemed to have good rapport with each other, which was a good sign.

Stu, the Manager took me me in right away as a traveled through Fredericksburg. Dakota is a great Diesel Mechanic 🧰. Ryan was nice enough to drive me back to my hotel 🏨. They fixed a fuel leak and detected a breather box problem for cooling my oil 🛢️.. Definitely preventive maintenance. NOT BOOSTING MY BILL 💸. I had suffered a punctured rear left tire and my car system warned me. Air loss was slow. I was able to exit the Interstate and found Dynamic Automotive. They did not hesitate a minute, but assured me that they would make the repair to the tire and get me back on the road. They were true their word. I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. After a frustrating experience at the Chevrolet dealership in Frederick, where my concerns about electrical issues in my 2021 Suburban were basically dismissed, I brought my vehicle here, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the team at Dynamic was helpful, patient, and incredibly professional. They took the time to actually listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained what was going on, and made sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed or brushed off. They resolved my electrical issues and also performed several key services: new brakes and rotors, sensors, a rear module replacement, a differential oil change, and a transfer case oil change. The pricing for everything was completely fair--on point, if not better than expected and I know I would've spent significantly more at the dealership. This experience has earned them my trust 100%. Went for an oil change last week. Everything went smoothly and I was out in 30 minutes. Technicians seem eager to work on my car. Having moved to Urbana last year, I was hoping to find a garage to service my vehicles, Dynamic Automotive has made the choice for me easy. Would recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give more stars. I would give Mark Murphy, Jennifer Abrect and team all the stars in the sky. My pregnant wife and myself were traveling 270 North when catastrophe hit my car. Dakota helped me get it to the shop, diagnosed it and refused to put sub standard parts on my car just to get it running. Being over an hour from home, Mark gave us a loaner car to take home even knowing how far we had to travel. I am so impressed with the entire team here. They are an absolute blessing to have met. Use these guys, they are the best!

Five star service all the way. That moment I pulled up and was parking my vehicle, someone was headed to my vehicle to greet me and asked me what I needed done. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was good to be greeted by a fellow veteran that work there. The festivities was stupendous from the cleanliness and organization of the Bay, to the waiting room with a popcorn machine, couch, fridge and Keurig machine. Everything from top to bottom with spic and span and overall made for the most Pleasant oil change I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
