Dynamic installed new battery on my wife’s car a year ago. When we returned from trip, completely dead. Had car jumped and went over to Dynamic who confirmed battery under warranty and they had one in stock so easy peasy. This is why they have earned my business!

I can’t recommend Dynamic Automotive enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop where you don't feel pressured, but we never feel like they are trying to upsell us on things we don't need. Their services are reasonably priced and they are always upfront about what actually needs to be fixed.

After stopping at 2 different automotive places and was told they could not help , I had passed by Dynamic Automotive and thought they might say the same thing but, I stopped in and they took care of the situation fast . I was treated very well with kindness and I recommend them if you get in a situation by all means stop in or give them a call. Thank you again .

Honest. Kind. Clear. Helpful. Fair. 10/10 I had my car towed to Dynamic Auto on Byte Drive during a really stressful situation, and I’m so grateful I ended up there. The team was honest, clear, and incredibly helpful. They told me my engine was seized — a huge job they could have taken on — but instead, they did the honorable thing and advised me to take it to Chevy so it could be repaired under warranty at no cost to me. They even mentioned it wasn’t because they didn’t want such a big job but they would have to charge me a lot if they did the work, and encouraged me to go where it would be free. That honesty is rare and so appreciated. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly, understanding, and straightforward. They explained everything clearly and never tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. Their integrity truly helped me in a very stressful moment. I highly recommend Dynamic Auto for anyone looking for an honest, reliable shop in Frederick. I’ll definitely return if I ever need service again.

When I take my car here they are friendly at the desk and are always helpful in finding out the issue and not charging an arm and a leg to do it. Hi integrity people working at this business!

Despite being expensive, they did a really good job at repairing all the interior damages from my accident & installing snow tires.

I had an oil leak & John O’Neill checked it out & quickly found that the wrong filter had been installed by another dealer who did my last oil change. The tech changed my oil, put the correct filter on, cleaned off as much oil as he could & they even gave me something to clean the oil off my carport. Great service!!!

Oil change and complementary diagnostic. Two friends recommended this place highly. I agree and would give 5 stars but they somehow turned off the aircon. I read the manual and figured out how to turn it back on myself so no biggie.

I needed tires balanced on my Class C motorhome. An appointment was made for a convenient time, and the work was done the same day, as promised. I recently took the coach on a short trip, and at 70 MPH the vibration was greatly diminished. So they must have done what they said they were going to do. What more can I ask? LOL

Dynamic Automatic where have you been hiding? I couldn't believe how fast they flushed my coolant system, I was in and out in just 40 minutes. I will be having all of my service requirements completed at Dynamic Automotive.

Courtney at the front desk is always SO kind and helpful. She explains all the car things to me that I would otherwise be completely clueless about. The tall guy technician that worked on my car was also very helpful this time.

The employees were professional , kind and accommodating. The mechanic explained all of the issues with my vehicle so that I understood. Prices here seem reasonable. Also they provided cool pictures of everything they worked on. I highly recommend this shop!

VERY good communication. Text messages, emails and able to pay bill online all excellent. Definitely would recommend for routine automotive maintenance work. Dynamic came recommended to me via word of mouth. I don't have any experience with major repairs from this shop so I can't speak to that.

I needed brake service on my F150. First time going. Dynamic was highly recommended, they weren’t wrong! The service is top notch! I got a text saying truck was being checked in then received a text with maintenance report as to what was wrong with truck along pictures, what they recommended as needed repairs and what was good overall. I’m so glad we tried them because they’ve been great! I have taken both our vehicles in for tire repairs and other services and everyone we’ve encountered has been awesome. Been about two times had serviced done. Both experiences have been great with Communication and service. Area is clean, front desk in person and on phone are very good. Keep you inform on vehicle process and get a report on car with a link that provides pics and detailed information. Will get texts for service and upcoming events. I will highly recommend giving a call and have service done on your vehicle. I will also recommend to family and friends. Thank you team!!!
