She thinks out of the box when it comes to a problem that the customer has and her employer should be extremely happy to have her as an employee. Dovell Williams since 2017 has serviced my workhorse chassis 2005 motorhome to include doing a lot of work on the chassis. i service the unit there annually. this summer they were under new ownership and willing to continue on. i expected to be there two weeks to worked on.which was a normal process with previous owners. i usually come in with parts needed. i was shocker to get a call to come pickup the next. no complaints about the service or charges. fast forward today while prepping it for a trip with the engine running i noticed a fuel leak in the rear . rather than my taking on driving it they ordered a tow truck and had a bay waiting. the quote charged for the tow truck was not worth haggling with good sam. unit was in the shop in less than. three hours after call. definitely there s a huge change in quality of service and turn around time well worth the hourly rate. the tow truck company sent was very professional and very respectful than most when it comes to handling brick on wheels. thanks for the efforts today
Isuzu trucks are great vehicles, but the service provided by this dealership is less than ideal. They had us drop of the truck on Thursday 8/6/20 for inspection of a leak to our box on the back. It was not until Tuesday 8/11/20 that they informed us that they had repaired the issue, that of course was not under warranty; the truck is just over a year old. They never called with an estimate for what the repairs would cost. We had to call everyday to try an obtain an update. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this to very, very poor customer service.
