I came in because I was hearing noise in front under the hood of my car by the pulley I dropped it off and heard back the same day that the serpentine belt and water pump needed to be replaced and a flush was needed they got the parts and it was ready for pick up the next morning thank you Lindsay and Midas team thank you for your honesty and hard work fixing my car my car running better no noise and drives smoother was referred by Mike from Walmart in Frederick I def found my auto shop to go to thanks again

I had an amazing experience at Midas. The staff is very knowledgeable, and both the front desk guy and lady were incredibly friendly and helpful.
On Sunday, I went to MR Tire Auto Service on West Patrick Street for a tail light issue and they quoted me almost $300. Since Midas was closed that day, I had no choice. But today I visited Midas, and because I’m a regular customer, they checked it right away and fixed the issue in just 5 minutes didn’t even charge me for it!
I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and great customer service. Highly recommend Midas!

My 2013 Nissan Sentra's catalytic converter started making noise and when I took it to the local Nissan dealer they told me the cat was busted and it would be 2.2k in parts and 1.2k in labor to fix it. I called this store and Lindsey on the phone told me to bring it in and they'd look at it at no charge. They were able to identify and repair the issue (just a small crack) in about an hour, and for only 380 bucks. These dudes rock.

My daughter was traveling from PA to Florida today and had a hole in her tire. She went to your store for help and although your employees were unable to fix her tire, they called the closet place and found a tire for her. Lyndsey was awesome. We were passing through on a road trip and heard a knocking noise when braking. We pulled into Midas just to get a diagnostic done to be safe. They had our car in and on the lift within 10 minutes of us pulling in. Their team was quick to find the problem which was a rock stuck behind the rotor. They had our car back to us in under 30 minutes. Knowledge technicians, amazing customer service. 10/10!

Lindsay was great responding to my appointment request. I placed one overnight on Friday because I realized my rear brakes needed to be changed and the car was no longer able to be driven. I did not want to deal with this on Monday. She called me first thing when they opened at 8 am, and told me I could bring it in and it could be completed today. I was able to get it towed there, they ran a diagnostics on the rear breaks, sent me the pictures and recommendation that rotors and pads needed to be replaced along with invoice. I approved it and the car was ready within 3 hours of dropping it off. Exceptional service, and once again Lindsay was great! Thank you!

They were able to get the work I needed done without an appointment and reasonably quickly. To the employee who helped me at the register, and let me know what specifically was wrong with my brakes, and explained the warranty in detail, thank you. There aren't too many shops I trust with my car, but this is one of the few.
Great and friendly service. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They checked my brakes, and did a whole look at my car. No extra charge. I appreciate that. It's about piece of mind. I have been going there for years, and they are honest. Never been ripped off.

I've been using Midas (1002 W. Patrick St) for several years, and I can confidently say Dave and his team are the most professional and honest mechanics around. Their expertise extends far beyond brakes and mufflers.
My wife and I have relied on them for everything from brakes, battery, engine replacement, and rotors to resolving a power window issue. I always research repair costs beforehand, and I've never felt they upcharged us. When we needed our engine replaced due to massive oil consumption, Dave personally drove to our house, filled the car with oil because it was bone-dry, and didn't charge us for it so we could safely drive it to the shop. I never expected that level of care/service, and it really does speak volumes about this particular Midas (as well as Dave).
After replacing the engine, Dave noticed a sound he didn't like. He had us bring the car in regularly for the remainder of the warranty to ensure everything was in perfect condition, again at no additional cost. (I've read a few 1-star reviews that claim they upcharged and or did shoddy work and I find it very hard to believe after all these years of having our cars serviced here).
It's challenging to trust people these days, especially when money is involved and your expertise on the subject is limited. You're often left relying on someone else to diagnose the problem and estimate the cost. Trust me on this: Dave and his team will take care of you and give you peace of mind. They even look for coupons and savings specials for you!

The Midas in Frederick Md. looks like any other You have seen. What’s different about this place is its staff. The manager is very helpful, and goes more than the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied. I had a problem after my muffler was installed and he immediately got involved to see what the issue was and how it could be resolved. Without me pushing the issue he called his supplier to see what the problem could be and how it might be resolved. Thank you Dave and Liz for all your help and concern with my vehicle. You don’t see that level of professional responsibility much anymore. I don’t think I’m being treated special. These guys really care about their customers.

These guys are awesome!! Especially Dave!! They put in wheels I bought, changed tpms sensors and told me about a tire that needed replacing. It’s been a couple weeks now and no issues. Highly recommend!! Im relieved I don’t have to worry about anything this winter!!
