Sentiment skews highly positive: many praise professional, bilingual staff, quick approvals and same-day delivery, and a decent variety of clean vehicles. Service is fast and friendly, with several noting an easy, low-stress process even with challenged credit. Common complaints center on pricing (seen as high, especially in-house financing) and a report of costly post-purchase repairs. I just wanted to say that I called to get more information about a car and they told that they wanted the price of a new car for a car that has almost 100k miles on it which is very astounding to me since I could get a new car for the same price and with 0 miles

Hey everyone! I just HAVE to share this amazing experience my family and I had while buying cars recently! So, my husband and my son each bought their own vehicle, one right after the other, and honestly, the whole process was way easier and way more enjoyable than I ever expected. From the very start, they gave us clear instructions on how everything worked, which made a huge difference. Plus, since I already knew exactly what we wanted, it wasn’t stressful at all like some other dealerships I’ve been to.
And can I just shout out to ELOÍSA? She absolutely crushed it! She was super friendly and made closing the deal feel effortless, taking our whole experience to a whole new level. Seriously, this was the smoothest, stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff were insanely kind, always ready to help, and had crazy knowledge, giving us all the tools we needed to make the purchase quick and simple. I almost couldn’t believe it.
The thing that really blew us away was the total honesty and transparency throughout their business. You could tell they genuinely care about their customers and treat you like a real person—not just another number or dollar sign. There’s this incredible team behind the scenes making it all run so well. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and support every step of the way.
Without a doubt, I’m recommending this dealership with zero hesitation. Huge thanks to everyone there for making this whole experience so positive and memorable! And seriously, if you’re thinking about buying a car, do yourself a favor and deal with Eloisa—she’s the absolute best, easily a 2,000 out of 10 in my book!
