I’ve dealt with a few tow companies. But this has been by far the most helpful and reassuring experience. My vehicle wouldn’t start, and I couldn’t get it moved. AAA said it would be 2hrs+ to get the car. I got lucky and called these guys, they were there in less than 20 minutes. Helped me get the car loaded and gave me a ride. The driver (Jake) was very professional and helped me find a solution to fix my car. Definitely will use them again in the future!
Well aside from the reasons it brought me in, place was great for not letting anything get stolen. He kept all my personal belongings inside and I appreciate the speedy help. In and out. Thanks
Both people I spoke to where very Dishonest the bill was almost $300 more then should have been when tried to reason with them and pointed out there mistake instead of inquiring within and correct there mistake they where very indifferent and continue to act ignorant to the facts presented the mistake was simple the time the driver suppose to have picked the vehicle was not right I know that for sure since I was by the vehicle they kept trying to come up with excuses so they could charge $295 more making 2 chargeable days in 3 Another thing I noticed while there they talk badly of other clients they have on the phone in front of others like they are Less of ignorant and stupid I hope to never deal with this outfit again or the people that work there
I have nothing but 5 stars to give. The owner helped me in a jiffy when I was stuck in the rain and locked my keys in the car. The towing business is difficult so many variables. But in my case, I'm a happy camper. Thanks man.
We had an accident where the police used this company. They not only pulled the car up in park and not in neutral to mess up a brand new transmission. They DO NOT TAKE payment over phone at all. So they won't even put the vehicle off the truck and are charging while I have to drive from the hospital to go give then a card in person.. I have the full video of them loading the car and no Teflon skates were used. Also it was not missing a tire and vould have been shifted to nuetral. And plenty of payment processors allow you to do click to pay links or accept payment over the phone. Considering towing a car is an emergency for most people. Giving your customer this option is appreciated.
Sad they had to tow my car.....but when we had to finalize the paperwork. They couldn't. Do it cuz of a cash app card that wasn't in my name ..... giving me the hardest of times

Jacob was awesome. The situation surrounding our vehicle ending up impounded was all bad. Jacob made it as painless as he possibly could. Very professional very well spoken young man and the guys that recovered our vehicle are really good at their jobs. And just like their name they were fast getting to us
My car fell victim to Fast Response Towing due to the fact that F.R.T. received a call from the Doubletree Hotel in Rancho where I was a registered guest complaining that my car was damaged and as a result of the damage it had been jolted during impact which caused the vehicle to then be double parked. So the tow yard to no fault of their own simply followed through with a routine call and promptly towed my car. When I contacted tow yard they confirmed the above info to be true and had no idea what and why my car was in the situation it was when they towed it. The hotel was at fault up until that point, however all of the identifying paperwork resides within the many personal items that currently fills the trunk of my car so they not only are harboring my car for ransom and threatening to cause further damage to my credit if I decide to wait for the hotel to step up and take responsibility for their unfair business practices and lose the car to auction but I am not allowed to recover my own personal belongings because the identifying paperwork is in the car.
Excellent staff all helped me get my car back after it was towed by parking enforcement and even helped me jump start my car and inflate my tires which were running low. Great people working there.
We are so thankful and so grateful to have had their towing service last night. Super understanding and sooooo helpful and sweet. The guy who helped us runs the night shift or the place who knows but he was great ! Thank you fast track towing!
My daughter's car was stolen and absolutely trashed before it was found. Fast response towing was the company who picked it up. When we arrived we were greeted by Jacob who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very sympathetic and helped us through the process of attempting to recover any items left in the car. The car was marked as a biohazard due to the drug paraphernalia, blood, saliva and rotten food found inside (the car was gone for a total of 15 hours but looked like homeless had been living in it for months). Jacob offered my husband and I gloves and masks as we recovered my daughters graduation tassel and my son's baseball medal. As upsetting as the situation was, it was very nice to have such wonderful people help us through the paperwork and recovery.
Worst ever!! My car was stolen one night and recovered the next morning. SHERIFF located my car and left me the towing company’s information. When I first called the towing company they said they didn’t tow my vehicle yet, and it would be a few hours. I called again and I asked for the location of my vehicle and they said they didn’t know where the location of the vehicle was. So then I called the CHP to get the location. I told CHP what was going on and they called the towing company for me. Now the towing company tells the CHP that the car was already towed’ which is not what they told me. Dealing with the tow company was just Bad. They didn’t give me straight answers. It seems like all they wanted was to tow my car for the money and hold into it so that they could charge for more storage fees. I was trying to go get my car ASAP, so I wouldn’t have to pay more for the towing and storage fees. They made the situation worse than it had to be.
Only registered owner is allowed to get anything out of vehicle no matter what. Very strict. Had to get power of attorney to let someone else get things out of vehicle because registered owner was in hospital.

I called on a Sunday looking for someone to tow my vehicle and store it for the weekend and it was 2 miles from their tow yard. The lady on the phone says that she wasn't sure if they could help me. She put me on hold and reached out to the owner and then got back on the phone with me and said sorry I just spoke with the owner and we're not intrested in your business.
I tow company that refuses to tow?
I see another review on here where someone claimed that they would not tell her vehicle because it was so close in that is the same experience that I am getting.
Be prepared to read some lame response from someone trying to justify not wanting to do work for us.
Excellent service! Needing to have your car towed is not typically one of the more enjoyable things in life, but I have to say from start to finish this company was very professional, punctual, personable and and actually made the process enjoyable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fast Response Towing!
