This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, European Parts Depot in Rancho Cordova, CA earns about 90/100: strong praise for knowledgeable, professional staff, quick responses, same‑day shipping, and reliable delivery/pickup. Customers report correct parts and helpful returns/refunds; pricing is often called reasonable, with some saying they saved money. One outlier cites rude service, but overall customer service is viewed as excellent. Feedback says little about inventory breadth, yard organization, or how easy it is to find parts, so those areas remain unclear.
What clients say about European Parts Depot in Rancho Cordova (CA)
Even though the parts my shop ordered didn't work out & had to be returned, everyone I talked to at Europartsdepot was beyond helpful. When ebay/paypal wouldn't allow a refund of one of the parts these guys went out of their way to make sure the money was returned in full. I am very much looking forward to ordering from them again in the future!
It was a pleasure working with Rico to order the EXACT parts I needed! He was very responsive, excellent to work with and even got the parts shipped out the same day! BEST EUROPEAN PARTS Company on the west coast! Thanks again guys!
The guys at European parts depot always come through with the correct parts and more importantly they are always ready to deliver or pickup. That is very important to us especially when we have a customers car in our service department because our customers always need their cars back ASAP. Their prices are always reasonable and all the staff is very knowledgeable. We highly recommend European parts depot for all of your parts needs.
I came here to buy some parts for my Audi. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Sam Matsoyan in particular was taking care of me. He was very understanding in my time of need, and made sure everything was done right and in a timely fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. First choice, hands down. Ask for Sam.
