Came in for a Veloster Turbo catalytic converter and the wrong one was brought out twice. Wasn’t even for the same trim he brought cats for a non turbo Veloster and he even tried telling me that they were the right cats! I tell him I’m trying to buy cats because the 1st owner never put them back on after smog and now I have to smog it. He told me $450 on Marketplace and never mentions anything about a core fee, but when I get there in person he asks me if I have the cats and there’s $150 core fee! Waste of time and money coming here!
I purchased rear shocks for my 2016 Honda Civic EX to find out that the shocks were in worse condition than the ones that were on the car so I went to return the shocks (150 miles round trip) When I returned them, I asked them if we can lower the restocking fee percentage due to them, giving me blown shocks and me having to travel that far once again. The receptionist said there was nothing that they were able to do When clearly they sold me faulty parts and did not own up to it. So there was nothing else I can do but except the refund of 109 When I originally paid 141. I don’t recommend this dismantler to anybody I actually recommend to avoid going to these dismantler. There are plenty of other options that Won’t sell you defective parts. They claimed the shocks had 90,000 miles on them. Which clearly was not the case. So I’m leaving this review to be able to share my experience with this company.

Don't waste your time or money here because when you call on the phone she says one price, when you arrive she says it's 100% wrong, I didn't say that, she lies and doesn't blush

I had the very unfortunate bad luck of finding an ad on Facebook Market place for wheels for a vehicle I purchased for my wife. I went to their store and the wheels were trashed and in poor condition so he found something different and I purchased them under the assumption that they would fit like he said, They didn't fit! WRONG CAR! WRONG YEAR! I called him and and went back and he wouldn't give me the money back and he tried to sell me more of his trash! ALL I WANTED WAS A SET OF RIMS THAT WERE CLEAN AND NOT GOUGED UP SO BAD THAT THEY COULDNT BE BALANCED ON A MACHINE! UNSAFE TO DRIVE ON THEM AND THEY CARE NOT OF YOUR SAFETY JUST YOUR MONEY!
If I could give a 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to go to if you're looking for help or to save money. I should have know something was suspicious when they only wanted cash. The gentleman that helped me said the tires and rim would fit my car and he didn't even sale me the lug nuts with it. I had to buy them separately. Two of the tires where bold and one of the rims were cracked. I had to go to a separate location to get them put on just to find out they didn't fit and they were damaged. I know when you go to a dismantler shop that you couldn't run into a few problems but I at least the rims and tires should fit on my car and after taking it to him and showing him my car he assured me that they would fit and if they didn't that they would exchange it and find me new ones. I called them an hour after leaving the tire shop just to be told they wouldn't exchange it or give me my money back this was the worst situation for someone who knows nothing about cars I wouldn't trust them for anything in the world.
They had exactly what I needed. Spoke to them over the phone and 30 minutes later I was there picking up my parts. Got a good deal and picked up a few extra items while there.
