If there were negative stars I would of done that. They are a bunch of scammers who are disrespectful and dishonest and they have high prices. I showed him a price I found online that was cheaper than what he had told me and he dismissed me out of the shop very disrespectfully. Disappointed people like this are still in business.

I came here looking for a 2007 BMW 530i engine they claimed had 44,000 miles on it. When they showed me the motor, it was covered in oil, grime, and leaks everywhere — easily looked like 180k+ miles. When I questioned it, the guy just said, “That’s normal.” I asked for the VIN number to verify the mileage through Carfax. After wasting 15 minutes searching while staying on his phone the whole time, he admitted there was no VIN available and that he couldn’t prove the mileage. Yet, they still wanted $1,000 for it. I offered $600, he countered with $900, and said I could exchange it if it turned out bad. So, I agreed and paid in cash. That’s when it went downhill fast. No printed receipt — just stood there like the deal was done. When I asked for a receipt, he pulled out a handwritten checkbook slip, and mid-way through, asked me: > “Do you want the complete motor or just the block?” I said, “Didn’t I just pay for a complete motor?” He said, “No, that’s just the block. The complete motor is $200 more.” That detail was never disclosed before taking my money. Then he tried to twist my words, claiming I said “just the block.” After arguing for a bit, he said, “Do you want it or not?” I took my money back and walked out. This place is a scam waiting to happen. They lie about mileage, hide VINs, change prices after cash is handed over, and have zero professionalism. Avoid this place — they’re deceitful and misleading.

I recently visited European plus for some auto parts and was really impressed with their selection and service. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Prices were fair compared to other places I checked, and the part I bought has worked perfectly so far. Only reason I’m giving 5 star is that the wait time at the counter was a bit longer than expected, but otherwise, it was a smooth and professional experience. I’ll definitely return when I need more parts in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable auto parts and good customer service

I was looking for 2 wheels for my suv I found 2 that were worst than the ones needed to change so I asked around where else I could find them They told me to try European Plus Ali was very attentive and professional he showed me a set of 4 wheels in good condition he also had the tires and gave me a wonderful deal I recommend European Plus Parts 100%

This place is a scam, sold me a motor they didn’t have and refused to refund me.

SCAM!!!!! Terrible experience with this shop. They knowingly sent me a defective part and refused to take responsibility when I asked for a refund. Their customer service is awful—rude, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to make things right. It’s clear they’re running a scam, selling bad parts and then ignoring customers when issues arise. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! SCAM!!!!

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Pay $100 extra and get the part from somewhere else. If you buy a part and turns out it’s bad they will NOT refund you the money.

Gave me two passenger side axles and labels them wrong, go to return and they refuse to give money back. dudes are terrible and don’t know what they’re doing.

Just what I needed at a gair prove

Drove out to the location to see a car fender for a BMW X6. Attempted to upsell me drastically showing prices closer to $700 for fender when I showed him information of what the neighboring competitor was asking he told me that that price was not real and try to tell me that their stock on hand was less than what I could see online . Be careful with these recyclers they will upsell you and attempt to overcharge you.
