This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback on Sacramento Auto Parts in Rancho Cordova, CA skews negative, with a few bright spots. Many report wrong or incomplete parts, denied warranties, long waits, overcharges, poor communication, and even a wrong address—suggesting disorganized processes. One review praises fast, professional help and fair pricing, so service quality seems inconsistent. Little evidence on inventory variety or yard layout, so clarity there is limited. Net impression: mixed-to-poor customer service and parts accuracy. Overall 33/100. Consider verifying part numbers and return terms first.

What clients say about Sacramento Auto Parts in Rancho Cordova (CA)
Said the had the parts pulled with hardware ready to go. Nope. Then they went to pull them and after 20 minutes of waiting they said sorry we don't have all the hardware due to the engine or transmission removal. How does that relate to running boards? Terrible. Wrong address on Google. Actual address is 3440 Recycle Rd. I will never buy from this place.
I but a engine for my truck and is not good , burning oil , i call them , they say i will locking for other one , i have asking for last 5 months , i call every 3 days
Worst auto parts ever! Ordered a transmission, they gave me one that wasn’t even for my car. They offer to fix my old transmission, 1 and a half months later they say that they couldn’t fix it and I can’t get my money back! Taking legal action against this scam business.
Called to ask about a car part gave them the year make and model had to pay for part upfront get the part ,its the wrong year they didn't even look the part up and plus they overcharged me!! Overall do not recommend them!!!
