This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Rancho Cordova, CA, Delta 1 Auto Dismantling scores 92/100 with overwhelmingly positive recent feedback. Customers praise friendly, honest staff, strong Prius expertise, a big inventory, and great prices. Many report easy part matching and quick turnaround on installs and repairs. Common themes include helpful guidance and knowledgeable technicians. Complaints center on spotty responsiveness and one serious dispute over a catalytic‑converter job and post‑warranty support. Little noted about yard organization. Overall, value and selection shine, but service can be inconsistent.

What clients say about Delta 1 Auto Dismantling in Rancho Cordova (CA)
George was very friendly and knowledgeable with hybrid parts especially Prius. I had my windshield wipes motor replaced and transmission oil changed all within one hour. Fast services, excellent prices. This will be my new place to go to for anything related to my older hybrid vehicle. Highly recommend to friends and families. Looking forward to doing more business with him.
My wife paid for a repair that was done incorrectly and caused car to have check engine light. They took it off and checked for leaks (no leak) and convinced my wife that it was just because there wasn’t enough fuel in the car and that the issue isn’t the catalytic converter. Now that we have to smog the car, we’re diving back into it and it’s clear the converter either was not installed correctly, is faulty, or was the incorrect part entirely. Now that it’s past the 6 month warranty, this shop wants nothing to do with it, which is legally justifiable, but means they don’t do work correctly and will just convince you the issue is something else when you come back in. A reputable business doesn’t operate like this, and now we will have to spend money to have the same repair done for a second time, which is insane. Take your business somewhere that stands by their work/product and cares about their customers as these expenses are a big deal for customers. It will save you headaches, frustrations, and likely thousands of dollars.
The moment I called in, to the minute I left. They where the most honest people you Can’t find any more.
Folks come in and support honest folks like yourself. 10/10
