This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Reviews for Planet Auto Wholesale in Rancho Cordova, CA are mixed: 62/100 overall. Some customers report fast finds and say it outperforms big yards, while others encounter a nearly empty lot, a new $4 entry fee, and no refunds. Serious complaints cite payment/check issues and poor phone response; early closing (no entry after 4:30) and reports of long waits to resolve payments also frustrate visits. Inventory variety and pricing transparency (no online inventory) are uneven, so ease of finding parts depends on timing. Yard organization isn’t clear from this small sample.

What clients say about Planet Auto Wholesale in Rancho Cordova (CA)
They have no online inverntoy which was fine when they had free admission. They now charge $4 per person and the lot was completely empty. Maybe 20-25 cars total and they wouldn't refund me the entrance fee even though I walked in and straight out after seeing an empty lot. Don't bother coming here.
I have no real solid opinion because I've never been into the place they close at 5 I won't allow anybody in after 4:30 versus the competitors that closes at 6 being a new company you think they would keep their Gates opened longer
This place wrote me a check towed away my truck I went to Wells Fargo the back the check was issued from they had me waiting and waiting then told me they couldn't cash the check that they couldn't tell me planet autos financial information but they where unable to cash my check which the person at the bank had me sign already so good luck for me to cash it now and their business hours say Monday - Saturday but no one answered their phone all day Saturday and I called through out the entire day so now I feel like I was robbed
Superior to Pick and Pull HANDS DOWN. my go to from here on out without a doubt... An inventory and est. Parts cost on the website would make it perfect but hey nothing is perfect right. Lol
