I had a great experience. The employee (possibly the owner/manager) at no extra charge quickly installed both the Hybrid Synergy Drive plastic cover and hub cap on my 2013 Prius. Both the cover and hub cap were used parts but were in great shape at a very good price. I would highly recommend them.
The guy on the phone TJ is a joke of a salesman. Has no skill and all he does is give you the runaround. As soon as I told him I was calling somebody else he switched it up and decided to bust his butt for me but I decided to go with a different company because the way he played around in the beginning. He didn't seem very enthusiastic to get that money or make a sell
I just called this place and the person who answered was very rude and disrespectful. After they said they did not have a vehicle i was looking for i asked if they had another part for a different model and the person was even worse after I asked about the second vehicle.
These guys are scam, spent almost 3k on the car, still engine light and issue. When I take back the car, they are telling me ‘we are busy’. Not visiting them again
