In all my years of dealing with vehicle repairs, Donut Auto Parts has been by far the best in business. They got every Tesla part you didn’t know was even sold Tesla quote - 4k for a whole new part because a contact went bad. Got a replacement for the bad part. Spent less then 200 to do it myself in 1 hour

I needed a right bolster cushion for my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Mine had broken, I needed to sell my Model 3, because I had upgraded to a newer Model 3 Performance. ButTesla service was taking too long to secure a part. While on a visit with family in the Sacramento Area, I looked, without much hope, for a junkyard that processes Teslas. I was pleasantly surprised to find Donut Auto. I called. They identified a part over the phone, and gave me a perfecrly reasonable price (which was over 25% below the deductible I would've had to pay Tesla under their Extended Service Agreement). And in less than an hour I had a high-quality bolster cushion that matched my own well-kept leather seats. The folks at Donut Auto are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. They're highly competent Tesla dismantlers. I'd gladly make the 100-mile trek from the San Francisco Bay Area to Rancho Cordova to visit these folks for my future esoteric Tesla parts needs.

I bought a used headlight for my Model X Performance and it came in after 4 days of ordering. Plugged it in at the shop and it was perfect. Every part of the light worked and it was like meant to be. On top of that, Donut wrapped my headlight like there was no tomorrow. I’ve never seen a company take so much effort in making sure a part stays intact during its shipping process. I called and bought some parts for my Tesla model X and Daniel help me at first they forgot to send me one of the parts when I called Daniel the he send me the next day , Donut Auto Part is honestly one of the best auto parts stores I’ve ever worked with. Daniel especially deserves credit his customer service is top-level. He treats you with respect, listens to exactly what you need, and actually takes the time to make sure you get the correct part the first time. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about and he’s professional in the way he explains things.

Stumbled upon their eBay store while looking for Tesla parts and noticed they had a 916 number listed for support. I was pleasantly surprised to find they were located in Rancho and I could avoid the hassle online and look at the parts in person before making my order. Also avoided shipping fees. I have been dealing with donut for several years now. This company understands customer service they go above and beyond to help me every time. I recently purchased some electrical components that I needed desperately I live in West Palm Beach Fl,and I had it by 10 AM the next morning I am blown away with happiness! Paul hooked me up!! They did everything as expected. I drove from Utah because I heard they could swap my 322k mile battery with another low mileage one for A LOT less than Tesla would, but I was on a time crunch. Everything was done for the price and time they quoted me and my car now has almost 100 more miles of range. John is also a very nice guy, very friendly and considerate. The whole experience with Donut auto was great and I highly recommend this shop for your Tesla needs!

Ordered a tow hitch for my Tesla from eBay. They had several so I picked the one that I thought was the cleanest but the wiring harness was damaged. I called Donut and talked to Scott. He was very helpful in pulling up the different hitches in stock and offered me the hitch I was interested in with a discount because of the broken wires. The hitch shipped quickly and when received I saw that it was extremely well packaged. I mean super safe packaging. Item was the exact item I requested looking nearly brand new.
