They send and buy stolen and send people to steel rims and wheels ? they sell stolen stuff on facebook marketplace,craiglist and Ebay ,Sacramento was hit last night 12-20-25 very hard ,i found the stuff online for sale ,called them to meet up there at their shop and now they blocked me from their fake google numbers ,my nephew was a victim and other person i know in same arden neighborhood ,we went to location and seen the stuff in their yard and police took 4 hrs to show up and didn’t do nothing but advise to do police report ( i wanted to pull fire alarm ? or brake window to have they business alarm go off for them to show up sooner !! Terrible service, shady business! Sold me a defective part, and then blocked my phone number when confronted. Had to file chargeback with my bank to get refund. Buyers AVOID

Part is NOT as described! Shipping is extremely slow! Part holds ZERO no value! Seller is rude, dishonest, and a liar. On the phone and description he lied about the condition of the head unit and said no programming needed. That was completely false. I wasted $260 at a mechanic and Mercedes dealer only to be told otherwise. When I tried to call, I was hung up and ignored. Their attitude is disgusting, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. Stay away!

This is a shady place, they wouldn’t accept credit card, only cash, and when I asked for a receipt, they refused to provide it. Sounds like someone is avoiding paying tax! Also the customer service is trash!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Came to buy a complete bumper and the guy said it will be off in 3 hours so I waited and come to find out that he forgot. Don’t waste your time like I did…
