Got to use this tow through Geico roadside assistance and they got to me in 30 minutes! Quick & friendly. Great service.

Great company. The driver that came out to pick up my truck was fast, very personable and professional. He took great care loading and unloading my truck. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Driver got there in a decent time and got us on the road headed to destination quick, but he was falling asleep while driving. Was also not wearing his seatbelt which made me feel a lot less safe. 3 stars because the quickness, not 5 because of the falling asleep and not feeling safe.

Outstanding service. Driver took the extra time to troubleshoot cause for my disabled vehicle. He was personable during the transport of my vehicle and went above and beyond to log my car into the after hours drop off which allowed me to go home after a hot and stressful day at work. Best service I've had over the 2 yrs of using tow service through Geico.

They took a little longer to come out than originally estimated. I ended up waiting maybe half hour longer but the driver was super friendly and able to maneuver my car out of a tight spot. Good service.

I’m so grateful!! My car tires were stolen and the car left in cinder blocks There were a few companies that didn’t take the job because there were 4 tires missing. The dispatcher explained to me what they would do and when they’d be there. Tom , the driver knew exactly what to do. He was friendly, professional and put me at ease that this wasn’t his first rodeo with this circumstance. He came out on time, worked in the blazing heat and got my car delivered to where it needed to be. Called this company around 4:30pm on a Sunday and they arrived only 25 minutes later. The tow truck driver was quick and efficient and secured the car very well. Price felt good for the service I received!

The customer service was very good, and kept me comfortable in a bad situation. When I found the actual work done, I was left without a car, and they wouldn't fix their error. My insurance found another company to do the work.

They arrive on time they don't complained or do anything they want to do they listen to their customers and they took care of my vehicle from point a to point b I will recommend them to anyone who needs towing Thanks capitol city

Wow! My car broke down in the 100 degree heat yesterday, which is not ideal. I called roadside assistance and got Chris at Capitol City and really feel fortunate! Chris let me know how far out he was and got to me ASAP. As soon as he arrived, he invited me to get into his air-conditioned cab. He gave me options to make my situation as convenient as possible, and we had a pleasant conversation on the way to the shop. Chris is a class act and while I hope I never need his services again for a while, he’s the guy you’d want to pick you up. Thank you!
