Very disappointing experience with KBL Auto Dismantling. I called ahead for a part, and they confirmed it was available, so I paid over the phone. When I arrived, the part was not ready. They apologized and told me to come back the next day. I returned again, and the part was still not ready. This wasted a lot of my time. The customer service was very poor, and the staff behavior was unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.
I’ve had the worst experience at first it was all good the guy there was all nice and stuff I took my Highlander there to get a part and he gave me the wrong part and when I went to return it and to tell him you gave me the wrong part he wouldn’t take it back and was all rude and stuff he’s a really bad person if anyone is gonna go here please check the reviews first it will save y’all a lot of trouble he has an account in eBay as well he took 300$ from me scammed me he’s a scammer.
I came to your shop with respect and good intentions, but unfortunately your behavior toward me was not appropriate. I did not speak or act disrespectfully, yet I was treated in a rude manner.<br><br>Every customer deserves basic respect. Good behavior and polite communication are important, especially in business. Very dishonest and money-hungry business. I came in on 10/9 to purchase parts and initially got a good deal. One item, the steering wheel, wasn’t available yet since it needed to be removed from the car. After asking about its condition and price, they offered it to me for $80, which I agreed to. They told me to return the next day (10/10) to pay and pick it up. When I came back, the person at the front suddenly refused to honor the agreed price, claiming they had made a mistake. Keep in mind—they were the ones who set that price; I didn’t even try to negotiate. Be cautious dealing with them, as they’ll quote you one price and then change it later.
