I called and they had the rare part I needed for my 99' mazda truck. They provided photos before shipping. Fair pricing and friendly customer service. It was shipped out the same day and gave me tracking info. I received it the next day and it was the exact part I needed. Thank you.

Not a very nice place or customer service. 3 guys up front and finally when I got the courage up for a part ,the looks could of killed. The only nice person was the cashier and then she was in a black hole of a office. Feel sorry for her.
My car didn't work for a year I brought it here and in one day they fixed my car my convertible works again it's amazing. These guys are miracle workers.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these folks - easily the best customer service I've ever had at an auto parts recycler. Very fast turnaround on part pulls and great communication. They patiently answered all of my questions and returned phone calls promptly. This is a perfect example of how to run a business. A+ for A1A!
The old man at the front desk was watching is like we were thieves. He was grouchy and rude. The guy who installed my lights was upbeat, personable and fast with high quality results.
Great place, had the rare parts that I needed. They even sent me pics twice before I drove 1.5 hours. They even cleaned the dag on hood for me bc I was coming a long ways. I bought 5 parts and they were all just what I needed and as described. Knowledgeable staff too. And the price was affordable, no scam prices.

The manager Mike is rude and disrespectful. He will ask for a credit card before giving you any info on a replacement engine and hang up on you if you don't comply. When I called back to try to talk to the owner or someone about this they said they're a corporate store and they don't have an owner I can speak to. So I asked for corporates number and they said they're to small for that. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them at all.
This company did an outstanding job helping me identify the right window part for my vintage Saturn car! They packaged it very safely for shipping and it arrived earlier than I expected! The communication they provided was excellent! Very friendly and customer focused. I highly recommend them.
As a business is imperative that I do business with suppliers who are aware of the importance of reasonable expediency. After talking to the manager, Mike, I was informed that the part that I needed with 35,000 miles was still on the vehicle and they couldn't get it pulled until 2 Days later. He proceeded to send me pictures of a different unit that had three times the mileage on it. And I declined and said I would wait until they pulled the one I originally asked for. I made arrangements for a courier to pick up the part the following Tuesday. I called and made arrangements to make the payment. The part was listed on car-part for $375 and that was the price we originally agreed on. Mike the manager, tells me on the phone that he would be charging me an additional $100 surcharge, because they had to pull the part. He never said a word about that when I was buying the part. Very poor business practice and to be honest with you I seriously doubt that the 35,000 miles advertised was even accurate to begin with. I will never call this company again to try to give them my money because I have no trust in their integrity and certainly none in their honest business practice.
Called up there talked to a guy named mike who was rude on the phone couldn’t give me a price estimate for an oil change when every other oil place i called can . i do not recommend going here if they can’t even have good customer service over the phone. rude as hell!
Great customer care. Explained what was needed as a radiator TJ (??) didn't have BUT immediately called around and found a new one at an amazing price and was AVAILABLE THAT AFTERNOON!!! Again, FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

Was looking for a specific part for my husbands truck. Probably called 10-15 different junk yards, before getting to these people. The gentleman I talked to went above and beyond to help me locate the part. Even giving me a part number and phone number to another auto parts place that might have it. All the other places I called just said "no, don't have it" and never looked to see if they had something comparable. Thank you to the gentleman I talked to!! We got the part and hopefully will have the truck back together tomorrow!!
Great place for replacement parts.....thank you for the ease in doing business. It is extremely hard to find this in the used parts business.... it was well worth the trip from Daytona beach

I was recommend to call this place because they give good deals on parts once I called and spoke to a guy named MJ and told him who recommended me and he didn't like the guy he told me that he did not want my business then hung up on me. I had nothing to do with there past dealings and shouldn't of been treated that way. I will make sure I tell EVERYBODY I know to stay away from this joke of a business. You can thank MJ for this bad review he is a total jerk and the most unprofessional person I've ever delt with
I spoke to a very nice young man name Manning help me when I was there. my experience there was very warming kind respectful and very helpful and once again I say thank you for your wonderful customer service.
I had a computer problem. They at first couldn't find my computer in there system which was factory part.. sold me a computer with a different set of numbers. The computer did not work . Called and talked to Mike and he told me straight "I will not sell a computer without matching numbers." So I have a computer that doesn't work and they will not sell me the computer I need. Worst customer service ever.... Would not recommend to anyone.

We have dealt with this place twice in the last month, 1 to buy our salvage and was given a very fair price, 2 to repair a ride we just bought that had electrical problems. They are reasonable and do the work quickly. I highly recommend them as a mechanic shop as well as parts. They know what they're doing.
They sold me a rotted s10 frame then said they didn't have another one and would refund my money back then when i got there he argued with me that it was acceptable with rot holes and wasn't refunding my money. after going round and round he took 20% of my 300 bucks. Never will he get any business from my business or any one i know
I dealt with this place for years, but the first time I tried to return a defective part they showed their true colors. They sold me a transmission that was supposedly rebuilt. They tell me to bring it in and they'll check it out. Then they charge me two hours labor just to check out their defective transmission. So basically this is a good place to purchase from as long as you can be 100% certain their used part is a good part.
The sensor never was replaced by A1A but fiction can be fun. All A1A did was clean the area out where the speed sensor was located. I was charged $150 for labor, 0 for parts. If a bad speed sensor made the A1A's transmission shift hard then why didn't the previous transmission have a hard shift before it started to slip, same speed sensor?? Also if the speed sensor is the problem then why does the transmission still shift hard after my customer had the speed sensor replaced?
Crooks. They have you sign a waiver so you can't dispute your credit card charges, so don't have anything shipped. Sent me a cylinder head that the cam was rusted so bad it wouldn't turn. Left outside for years maybe. MIKE the manager said ' just bead blast it, I've done it many times.' I'm out 150$. Last salvage yard I dealt with gave me a full refund on a warped head, no problem. Buyers beware.
Have had much work done over the years and ALWAYS happy. Most recently took our 03 PT Cruiser in to have alternator changed, but asked them to do diagnostics first. Well, they treated us with HONESTY and integrity...and told us that nothing is wrong our PT Cruiser but that I must ensure I take out the key just right OR it will drain the battery. This was the issue - how I take out my key. They put an orange mark on the ignition for me so that I know EXACTLY where to take out the key so it does not drain the battery. Paid only $75 + tax for diagnostic work. They are awesome!
On the phone they said they have a transmission part on a wrecked truck, I ask if I can go into the yard and see if it will work, they said come down. I go down there and now they say it is too deep for me to go see it. I call the next day to ask about complete transmission and now they say they don't have the truck there at all. These guys are only looking for quick easy money, they have refuse to go that extra mile.
