My Kia Sorrento broke down on a Saturday evening and had to be towed. Big Dog was my option from Insurance tow service. Drew was prompt and talked about their ability to service the vehicle. I said for him to go ahead. Monday morning as promised the mechanic called and let me know what the issue was (alternator & battery)and the cost. They gave me a timeline for it to be fixed and was able to complete way before they stated. All in all BigDog was professional, prompt and their word was good.
