Great customer service sold some cats i removed from my truck after some upgrades fast and easy process received my check within days and no issues depositing it even let my young son use the bathroom all in all great experience
I went to sell a catalytic converter. They were very nice, and professional. They needed my DL and the information from the vehicle it was on. Thank God. Maybe this will keep people honest. They are also a none cash business. They sent a check for my item.
Got ripped off for my transmissions. I sold one to them about six weeks ago for $25. Today I brought them two transmissions and only got $35. Never will do any of my business with them ever again.
Only one thing that matters above all is that their scales are ACCURATE as well as VISIBLE. I'm no company entity nor do I go out looking but since new ownership and the gentleman that's running the scale majority of7y time treats my $10-$20 pile like it was a $20,000 pile meaning that they are fair across the board only drawback is I have to take my regular steel to someone eise as they don't buy it.....YET!
