I had my battery changed by Christopher.. He diagnosed my battery, it was bad.And he hooked me up right away with a brand new one and installed it.You went the extra mile and cleaned my terminals for me. I highly recommend this store.They are very friendly , kind and nice..

Went in for a new battery for my car. Dave was very helpful and polite. Checked my old battery to make sure that it was the problem and installed the new one for me.

James saved me soooo much time and money he's the real deal. He knows what's going on and how to help.... always coming back to this store as long and James is there!!

James was super knowledgable and helpful finding a suitable socket for my lug nuts. Saved me a ton of time. Store is clean and organized

I would highly recommend going here if you need help. Bryan had the absolute best customer service. I went in with trouble getting a wheel bearing out and he not only helped recommend good tools but also sat in the parking lot and helped me remove and replace the wheel bearing.

The customer service I received from John and Bryan was awesome. I went in to purchase clear tape to mend a loose sideview mirror (because replacement is extremely overpriced!). John assisted me with taping it back, without hesitation. He was very kind and kindness can be rare these days.

Awesome Auto Zone! They are always willing to help with any questions I have. They recently found the right battery for my truck and installed it for me! Great people!

The employees here are friendly. Management good. Most of the time they find you what you need and if they can't they'll try to find you what you need or direct you in the right direction. What they don't have on hand. they can order for you and if they can order it they can recommend a place to go. Overall good experience.

Went in today's to get a radiator there after having problems getting one anywhere else, David and Brian were the guys who helped me out and they were such a huge help. I will definitely be going back to that store on kathleen Rd store # 6432 Havnt seen service like that in a long time they went out of their way to help me out. Thank you David and Brian

Went to Autozone with suspicions that my battery was bad. The sales associate, John, tested my battery and installed the new one without any hassle. He even helped me replace my worn out windshield wipers.

The staff at the location is fantastic above and beyond. I went in with my toddler and the gentlemen behind the counter found me a hell of a lot of discounts and sales for a oil change and air filter. Great location!!!

Called to find out if they had a part for my car. The kid who answered the phone sounded like he was half awake. They didn’t have the part I wanted, the one they carried was three times more expensive than ones online, and I was also informed they couldn’t swap it out for me. I would recommend going somewhere else!

We took a battery here for a second opinion Dave was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide help and knowledge. Highly recommend this place if you don’t want to scammed out of money.

Had a very uneventful 2 days with Battery issues, went to this AutoZone and Representative Brian C was extremely helpful and easy to chat with and resolve many minor car issues. Replaced my car battery and 5 car lights, was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Dave and James were wonderful! I came in for a turn signal bulb for my Toyota Avalon and was struggling out in this heat when Dave came out and showed me exactly what needed to be done to replace the bulb! He made sure everything was done correctly and double checked that everything worked. I was so surprised! He was respectful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely be returning for all my cars needs. Wonderful staff and location!!!

Didn’t have a great experience here. I came in to ask if I could use a tire pressure gage (I lost mine) as I know AutoZone has some tools you can use for checking things on your car. The employee looked and said no. Then nothing else, he didn’t even mention I could buy one or when I walked away to look for one he didn’t even point me in the right direction. I had to ask another employee to help me. But then the new employee helping me asked the first guy where the tire pressure gages would be and he told him. I don’t know why the first employee couldn’t mention where they were after I asked to use one. So weird. I won’t be going back to this location

Sending my thanks to the manager this morning for his assistance with an unexpected car issue I encountered. He was efficient and pleasant and helped me fix the problem onsite. I can highly recommend this location for the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service!

4/12/23 I was desperate for a battery. I had been waiting 2 hours for a tow truck to jump start me at the gas station. I left the engine running and came into AutoZone. I had Tim D. assist with battery choices and advise, he even installed it for me. Tim went above and beyond his roll of duties. Thank you so much, Tim! Good job in hiring this AutoZone associate. Dennis D the store manager was extremely helpful and not only got the bulb we needed but brought out and installed it for me when I was here with my daughter and had my hands full. Got a new battery with a 3 year warranty, started giving me issues after a year and a half. Getting a new battery was quick and easy, and the warranty saved me $200 for a new battery. Workers were nice and helpful, helping install the new battery. Thank you Autozone!

I'm done waiting to replace my windshield wipers. Stopped by this Autozone. In no time, I had new wipers front and back purchased and even installed. Wow! What wonderful help! I'm so grateful to be able to stop worrying about being able to see out my car windows to drive safely! It was so EASY!

When it comes to customer service the gentleman let me go further and say the whole staff really showed me love and concerning. They even took me over in one of their personal vehicles to get a part from another store which was their competition. They mentioned to me that it was about the customer and getting what the customer needs to keep moving I respect this I even tip the gentleman. Never have I experienced that before so if you are thinking customer service is dead in the world you are sadly mistaken keep up the good work fellows

Ran into issues with my car starting and was able to get a jump and get to AutoZone to get it checked out where I met Dennis who was beyond helpful, patient, and kind while I tried to not be so stressed out. He was able to help determine I needed a new battery, explain my options, then installed it for me. Excellent customer service, definitely recommend if you find yourself in a bind like I was.

My son and I purchased a car battery a year ago, and all of a sudden it failed and wouldn't start his car. We took it to AutoZone and talked to Darren (Parts Sales Manager). He tested the battery and told us that it was defective. Without hesitation we received a new battery for free. He swapped batteries quickly and had us out the door as satisfied customers.
