⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my 2014 Toyota Tundra to Carlos at Lakeland Collision after I backed into my trailer and put a pretty bad crease in the rear bedside. The damage looked serious and was almost at the point where the panel might have needed replacement, but Carlos was able to repair it and bring it back looking straight and clean.
Very professional, family-owned and operated shop with great attention to detail. The turnaround time was quick, the price was very reasonable, and the overall customer experience was excellent.
You can tell these guys take pride in their work. Just look at the before and after photos that tells the whole story. This is what real craftsmanship and professionalism looks like.

They were wonderful, going above and beyond to get our car back to us after we had an accident. When parts weren’t readily available they scoured salvage yards to find small parts that were needed. There are many body shops and our huge area. I have experienced a number of them. Have found none as experienced, personable, knowledgeable, conscientious, trustworthy, reliable and professional. Always concerned about his customer. Always goes above and beyond what is required. Just drive by his place and see how many people's vehicles are. Just drive by and see how many customers he has tells you how how well he is known in our community. Beware, it is not the facility on 98 North where Lakeland Chrysler Dodges. This place is located down off of South combee Road on industrial Park drive.

Had my car fixed here after hurricane Ian as it was completely dented and beat up from debris. The final result you wouldn’t know it was ever hit. Recently someone hit my driver side and completely wrecked it but Carlos fixed it up and the service was smooth, quick, and my car looks absolutely beautiful! I’d definitely recommend this body shop, his attention to detail is like no other! So happy to be a returning customer here.
While driving on I-4, the car next to me was cut off and he swerved into my lane , striking the side of my car. Carlos and his team were able to buff out the mark left by the other vehicle making it look brand new! No need to get the insurance company involved either!

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone over at Lakeland Collision on Industrial Park Drive for doing such a great job with my conversion van. The service and workmanship were exceptional. Carlos is a perfectionist and the type of person you would trust with your most prized possession. I took him my Porsche 911 for some paintwork on some aftermarket parts I wanted on the car. Since they were not OEM they were not a simple paint and install job. He took his time and made sure the paintwork was absolutely perfect. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend him and his shop.
When I brought my Jeep Patriot in for repair all of the front desk ladies were very nice and kept me updated through the process, and worked with my insurance to make sure that I had an estimated completion time and that there were no issues with communication. They even finished my car earlier than expected and it looks great. I'd definitely go back(hopefully won't need to but we'll see)
We've had two repairs completed at Lakeland Collision and we are very please. Both were insurance claims. The repairs were completed on time. They kept us informed of their progress with regular calls and emails.
Horrible customer service,,,had vehicle for over 7 weeks...and upon completion,after several issue's. Would not allow us to kerp rental for an additional 2,days to make sure we we're satisfy with repairs......WOW.....7 week's of rental and you wouldn't allow,2,additional days....to make sure customer was happy....with service?????....never will we recommend or,announce from our churches we are involved with...., to go to Lakeland Collision, Facebook here we come.....go,to anywhere but Lakeland Collision....
Carlos painted my front bumper and tailgate on my lifted truck. This was out of my own pocket (not an insurance job) so I was very picky about who I let do it. I visited several other shops that didn’t make the cut before a friend who’s had several of his cars painted here had nothing but good things to say about this place. He does an incredible job and is very detailed going the extra mile to make it just perfect. Took about week, and he isn’t cheap, but wow Im now a lifetime customer and won’t go anywhere else for my paint needs. Couldn’t meet a nicer guy either, he never hesitated to stop what he was doing and talk each time I visited. I never felt rushed out of there or not welcomed.
