Ordered a part on line and paid for it. When I got to the store it was ready and I was back out to car within 1min.

I have been in here a couple times recently and had the pleasure of Romen helping me. This guy is super when it comes to customer service and just such a nice guy I will not go back to Auto Zone around the corner because of Romen. Thanks!!!!!

I went to the Advanced Auto Parts on Kathleen Road looking for a tail light for my car. They had different grades of bulbs with different prices. I got one and took it to the counter to pay for it. The man rang it up and it was about twice the price that I thought it was. I had picked up a more expensive bulb than the row that I thought was the price. I told the man that I wanted the less expensive one and he went to help me look. They didn’t have the cheaper one so I told him I would look across the road at a different Auto supply store. As I was leaving he said that I had wasted his time. He had also charged me for a “warranty “ he said on the other light bulb that I told him I didn’t want. I will not do business at this store again.

They helped me a lot. They didn't have the product I was looking for in one of the stores I visited that day, so they called another one and saved what I was looking for. Definitely recommended.

Went there to get my battery tested because I've been having trouble with this cranking the gentleman was very nice came right on out hooked me up and yes it is my battery and I did not buy one yet but at least I know what the problem is and I will be buying one soon

I think it’s time to clean house and start over. They can’t even get here on time to be open and then when they did show up, he forgot the keys……

Went there, two girls working one of them literally said "I don't know anything about cars" the other one couldn't even hook up an alternator to test it.

This store is either understaffed or just doesn't care. If there are more than 2 people there prepare to spend 20 min just waiting in line and there were 2 other people behind the counter seemingly not helping idk maybe they were buay

Went to pick up an online order and the person that was there at 5:35 pm on Friday May 16 didn’t help me put heavy things in the car and unless he’s blind, he could see I had a back brace.
He just told me the things were sitting on a table and got me a cart for me to push and get my things to the car.
There was just one customer waiting but,, how long does it take for him to put those things in a car that was right in front?
I took the things to my car, brought the cart back and still the customer was there.
That wasn’t very nice of him. No customer service.
I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is necessary for people that have bad backs to not expect anyone to help you at that store.

Unfortunately I ended up exactly at this auto parts when my alternator went out on me . We went inside to get it tested and the coworker told us they don’t have one and that we couldn’t leave the car there and it’s not their fault if it gets towed. We sat around for 10 mins and the cops pulled up . All we did was ask for an alternator tester and we got the cops called on us. But I get it being black ain’t fair.

They are very helpful. They even walked outside to take a look under my hood,so that I was able to show them, what I was talking about. The sevice was great!

Jon was insightful and went above and beyond to advise me with my Subaru. He checked what I asked of him and gave me helpful advice to keep the running smoothly. Jon is my favorite person there because not only was he extremely helpful but also kind and respectful. I will continue to come here for all my car needs as long as Jon is there! :) Thanks again Jon!

Poor experience Christmas Eve. I entered the store 3 minutes prior to closing at 4:00 and was turned away by Angel, he said he was helping the last customer and would not allow me to purchase oil and a filter even though it was prior to closing time. I wasn’t there to shop, just make a quick purchase, I was a regular customer for almost 20 years but will now shop at the AutoZone across the street, they were much more accommodating.

They had what we needed. I was able to scan a QR code to figure out what light bulb was needed. That made it super easy. Store was as clean as an auto parts store should be. Staff was friendly. We didn't have to wait to check out.

A great place to get in and out pretty fast with what you need . Update I'm back bought some more stuff , motor oil. stuff like that I need to find out if they can order me some special transmission fluid for my vehicle, they have ordered stuff for me before . And had no problems.

Why hire people to work at a car parts store with little to no car knowledge whats the point of coming here if i just get the wrong part anyway might as well try my luck on amazon. Other guy was helpful though. Not saying that you have to be a mechanic or know very much but like nothing is a little annoying for a customers with a car question. And to not know the difference between a notch gas cap and a thredded gas cap is kinda sad.

Herbert really helped me out yesterday when I needed a new battery for my jeep. He checked the battery and alternator to confirm it was just the battery that had failed. Very informative and helpful to the extra mile. The store should grateful to have an employee like him. Thanks again

Friendly staff, great prices. Stopped by to purchase a Chevy hat and they didn't disappoint. Had a nice selection of them at $10.00 each.

Customer service was horrible . No one asked us if we needed help we asked for help and he's like no probably can't help you. I did find what I was looking for because I had to call someone to make sure it was the right one. Stood in line for approximately 15-20 minutes waiting on someone to help us to check out after we found what we wanted. Customer service is a part of sales. I leave Google reviews everywhere and this is probably only the third negative review that I've done and I have 1.4 million views on my Google reviews. A plus to all of this you did have what I needed. Store number 09302 I don't know if this is who helped us but says Delbert k. Register number four 2/15/22 17:58. There was two guys working and the bald one is who helped us and he was absolutely horrible at customer service rude I think he truly hates his job.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, as soon as it was my time at the counter. The clerk answered the phone and was working with customer questions. One would think, a live customer in the store would be more important. Guess not. I have been shopping at this place since they opened. You just lost a customer. Obviously you are not the only game in town.

I always have the best visits whenever I go there. The manager Dwayne is an amazing guy and does not take advantage of me since I am younger, he treats me like an adult and looks out for me. Come here for anything you guys need and the team here will help you out. I recommend all my friends to come here

The folks at the Gib Galloway/Kathleen store are my goto store. Very helpful.
They DO NOT IGNORE or take advantage of WOMEN like most auto parts/repair stores. They consistently go above expectations and really care about their customers.

Horrible customer service on a battery issue. Go to another store. My wife had to jump start her own car battery because their “fast charger” was in use. The car was driven from Miami to Lakeland, you would think the battery was charged. Done with this store and I hope corporate reads this. Read the other reviews from customers about customer service. Again go somewhere where you are wanted.

Nice automotive store, though customer service could definitely be better! As long as YOU know what you need, you'll be fine. Just don't expect much sound advice! Some of the people in there are awesome, others may need some more book time or a new profession. But it's a very convenient automotive store in a convenient location! And the prices aren't too shabby either!
