I had an accident on Wednesday and the sheriff deputy called for a tow. ARC Towing was the one on call. I am sorry I don't remember the driver's name but he was very nice and took the time to talk to me and my son. I went today to get my stuff out of the car ( insurance totaled it) and the same gentleman was at the desk and very nice and again answered any question I had. I recommend ARC Towing.
I was in an accident and they towed my car. Having never experienced this type of situation and hearing horror stories from others who did, I was expecting it to be more stressful getting my car back to my house. They made the situation easy and the rates seemed great. Got my car home and kept their card in case I need to call for a tow in the future.
Had a blow out on I-4 returning to Tampa from Port Canaveral (around 9:30 AM on a Monday). Called AAA, waited an hour at the side of I-4 with cars going past at over 80 MPH, then got smart and Googled local towing companies. ARC had the best reviews, and we now know why. They were professional and clear on the phone, arrived 5 minutes earlier then expected, and 30 minutes after we called, our car was on the flatbed and we were on our way to a tire shop. Jesse, the tow truck driver, was terrific, as was the gentleman on the phone. If we ever need a tow anywhere near Lakeland, we're calling ARC Towing Service!

Mr. Tucker showed up in a timely manner. Worked slowly alongside me to keep from damaging my car any worse than it already was. My drivers side ball joint blew out of my lower control arm. It was slow and painstaking to load and unload but we got it done without a single problem. Thanks Mr Tucker!! Great work!! Very patient guy! Highly recommend him to anyone that needs a tow. My wife used your service back in March. She was stranded and everything went perfect. The woman, Kim, in the office was simply an angel. The driver showed up within 20 mins to assist my wife. The driver, Tommy, my wife said was very professional and polite. We would have never expected such professionalism from a tow company. I cannot thank this company enough for answering the phone and sending someone out right away. I managed to get my one wheel drive Chevy Colorado stuck and nothing that I did could get that truck out. I finally called ARC Towing and they sent out a driver with a flatbed and even though he knew there was a possibility that he to might get stuck, he successfully did everything he could to get me out of that, went above and beyond. I wouldn't waste a phone call on any other towing company. Thank you again ARC Towing. You save the day for me.
Mom's car died on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. We called 3 other companies and nobody answered. Called ARC and they answered immediately and were sending out assistance within 30 minutes. I did end up getting the car started for her and we called back and cancelled service (which again the nice lady who helped us answered promptly and was kind). Yes even though we ultimately didn't need a tow, I appreciate the responsiveness on a Sunday afternoon and not being told it was going to be hours because my mom was already super upset. If I ever get in trouble they will be first :) thank you
Unfortunately I needed a flatbed tow, gave a few people a call until I got ahold of ARC. Thankfully they got to me quickly, and to my destination just as quick. Very polite and professional! If I ever need another toe I'll be use to give ARC a call
I was referred to this towing company when another towing company quoted me a pretty long wait, thankfully they were able to tow me in under an hour and Tommy was super nice! He helped me find my spare tire which was in a super weird spot on my van and was helpful and patient getting it on the tow truck. After the tow I needed a detailed receipt from my insurance company and the front office staff was so friendly and helpful! Fast too! I’d recommend them to anyone needing a friendly towing company with fast service. Thanks y’all
Stuck @ Sams Club, waited 2 hours for AAA tow truck, instead they sent pop a lock van that sold me a battery that I'm sure I didn't need. Truck wouldn't start and they said they'll text aaa, 10 min later a lake Wales tow company called and said they'll be there in 3-4 hours. Thankfully I found ARC towing, Kim said she could get someone there in 20 minutes. She gave me a senior discount and the driver Tom showed up and got my truck on the flatbed and we were off. I had a mattress I had bought at Sam's inbthe bed of my truck so he dropped me and Mattress at my home and dropped my truck off at my mechanics shop and ended my frustrating. Cant day. Thanks to Kim,Tom and ARC I highly recommend this company and think my 30+ years with aaa is over

My son is currently living in Lakeland for College, 400 miles away from me. His vehicle would not start and ARC Towing with him and had the battery charged within 30 minutes. I cannot thank them enough. From the wonderful calm female that took the call (I was not calm, worried Mama) to the tow truck person that made sure my baby was safe. I cannot thank you guys enough.

I love this place. Went to pick up my friends motorcycle after a wreck. They were all so nice and helpful. Very professional. They helped us and towed the bike back to my friends house since he just got out of the hospital. Then when Taylor got the bike off the tow truck he rolled it to the backyard for him. We know it ain’t apart of Taylor’s job to move the bike for us. He is very nice a professional about his job. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys again for the help.😁

Wow, just got into Fl from GA, I saw a flattire on my van in the driveway of my host. ARC was the only tow company I called that I wasn't put on hold that early in the workday! Most of the tow companies weren't even open. The young driver/operator was a jewel as well. Thanks ya'll!
