Company was fast and responsive! I ordered my part on Friday hoping it would ship Monday. I called to verify they got my order to which and gentleman answered the phone and informed me they did. With one issue the part I ordered switched part numbers and I clicked the wrong part. He was very helpful in making sure we got the right part ordered for what I needed. Along with that it shipped today and he said with how close I was to be expecting it within 24-48hrs after I got shipment info. I would definitely recommend them for your Jeep OEM parts anytime!
Would not recommend this this company they charge a ridiculous amount for shipping an then ship USPS the cheapest way to ship now my package is lost in the USPS system an who know when I’ll get will not be using this company again ever I will go to the dealer first an I recommend you do not as well if you have a project you need completed on time
I put in an order last Friday and got the processing conformation the next day. I tried emailing them with my VIN to ensure fitment. I also tried calling. They do not pick up the phone and they do not respond to emails even though they state that email is their preferred means of contact. I have not received any kind of shipping information yet and they don't have an estimated shipping date. Because it is impossible to contact them I cancelled my order today. I canceled by filling out their return email, contacting them through their website, and I tried canceling by email. I will update this review later to state whether they issued a full refund or charged a fee. I ended up ordering the part I needed through Steve White Motors in NC instead and they will have it here next week. The part was cheaper through the other supplier, they did not charge for shipping, and they had the most current part instead of the suspended part I ordered through Jeep Parts Overstock.
I will update this review when I know whether or not I have gotten the money back that they already charged me.
Update. A refund was issued in full the next day. I am updating my rating from one star to two for that.
Ordered parts on a Tuesday and received them the following Monday they parts were true to what was ordered installed and and worked perfectly was very pleased with the whole operation.
What a disappointing experience. Parts were ordered on 9/1 and today is 10/20. Not a single update email in between. I called today and they said the parts should arrive and ship any day now. I asked to cancel the order because I already found the parts and was told there would be a 15% restocking fee. So I never heard any updates, never received a response to my two emails, never received the parts, never heard an apology, and was charged a 15% fee after the inconvenience. If you want customers to buy from you in the future, why would you do this to a first time customer? I would understand if I ordered the parts and canceled within a few days or weeks even, but come on its been seven weeks.
changed 3 times more than jeep dealer on a in stock item. after 2 weeks still hadn't shipped finally received after about a month, after having already cancelled the item. But no response from cancelling. They shipped anyhow and still never got any reply about cancellation. well never do business' with again horrible on every step along the way ordered 4/30, cancelled 5/11 shipped 5/22 received 5/26.
I placed an order for this particular TCCM from 3 different vendors and the day after I received an email for refund confirmation as the part is out of stock with no eta on availability. The local dealer wanted $200 more with a 2 week lead time. Jeep Parts Overstock had the part in my hand in less than 2 weeks. Installed the control module and problem solved. . . life saver!
The item was not what was described. It was returned on Saturday and we have not yet heard about a refund. Now they refunded part of the cost. We are out shipping both ways for an item not as described. Not a company I want to do business with again.
Very disappointed... order placed on 6/20/17, followup was told parts were on back order & were in route... waited, waited, waited, still no parts. Emailed again, again was told they were in route. Finally just cancelled the order. The prices on site seem reasonable, but service and delivery, well NOT GOOD. What I thought would be a saving ended up being an expense in both frustration and an time. Had to select star to post... performance wasn't worth the agravation!
