Greg, Tim and Pat are very knowledgeable and helpful unlike some of the other yards! They truly have a very clean and organised yard. It just keeps getting more organized each time I come here.
Very rudeza woman at recepción, she think that she run the company and she is a very racist person,don't talk to anybody who doesn't speak english or look american, I use to promote that company for free, not any more after this, they try to stole one of my truck after I pay all their fees, they want more money for me to get my truck out of their yard, thx to a person in the office that make a call and everything got solved in an easy way, after the receptionist woman make anything to make it more hard on us.
We didn't actually get to look for anything here because they didn't have any cars matching what my buddy was looking for. They were helpful, and quite nice.
Called about a part confirm that the man could hear me on the phone hung up on me twice in a row for absolutely no reason. Seriously need to learn customer service
So helpful!! I called to see about getting a new convertible top for my solara and they actually gave me names of other places and were nice. I've called about 10 other junk yards and salvage places today and none offered a name of another place even when I asked them to. This was the only place I called that was helpful and they werent rude at ALL. Finally some good customer service!
Terrible customer service, the one person went out on the lot with us and told us something was for sale, then we take it out of the truck bring it to the counter and they tell us we can't buy it
