Horrible services they town my car without authorization driver never explained to me the options and procedures when I call6the lady at the front desk was soo rude and the only word she repeated was just cash cash Horrible
They towed my car. Damaged it. Had to get a tow company to come get the car from the impound. They broke the rack and pinion to my steering wheel when they towed it. Of course they are not responsible for any damages they caused. Get driver who know how to hook a car to a tow truck. They tried to tell me the car was in an accident which is not true. That was not the reason the car was towed. It has never been in an accident. They are full of it and need better tow truck drivers.
Kevin was very nice and had amazing communication. He was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. It didn't take him long to get there, and the process was quick and easy.
I won’t ever call anyone else for towing after tonight! Broke down in a bucket truck on SFA in the middle of the night, hooked up and headed home less than an hour after calling.
I have to say the customer service is superb. Clear and concise communication, friendly and polite. They sent out a truck right away, with an accurate ETA.

Good morning this company mess up my daughter car they drugged it up on there truck and mess up the racken pinion and know they don't want to fix it it going to coast me over 2 thousand dollars plus told me they were going to call me when they would come out my house never called me just showed up and look at it I had to call them 4 times before they called me back and told me they were not going to cover it I am torn buy this I tell you there is a lot of people in this world that are sorry and are not honest well they are one of them thanks a lot mission towing you will never get work from me or any body I know they are liar and be ware of them the day i called them the own said he had a nother person they screwed up there car to never again will I mess with these people
Excellent customer service!! AAA told us it was going to be 90 minutes so I waited till they did not show and called and was told another 2 hours. Mission Towing came to the rescue and arrived quickly and was very helpful and courteous!

Tom helped me out after my car was towed he put my spare tire on for me after it was flat and he didn’t have too , so cheers to Tom for doing that bc when stuff isn’t ppl job they just don’t care to do it but today he made a difference and everyone should continue to help other if they can , it can take u a long way and thanks to the other friend that he was with he helped take a bolt off even tho at first he didn’t want too at all but he also changed his attitude so thumbs up to him !! In the lady in the office was nice too with the black hair s/o to her okay byeee my review too long lol
Don't use this company they steal your vechiles from crash sights and automatically impound them for polk count sherrif to make money off the sheriff for each car crash this the price is e a is a not monopoly
Mission Towing was called to recover my stolen vehicle in Lakeland. Justin was a godsend. He made me feel a lot calmer about the situation once I got to my car from Orlando. Justin stayed with me while we waited for the lakeland police to come process more evidence left behind & talked to them on my part since I was all over the place. Did I mention he left his house to meet me at the towing yard at 7am on NYE!? THANK YOU SO MUCH, JUSTIN!!! I hope you get your wife a new car! Lol
Kevin came out to help when I was stranded and was very friendly, made sure that the tire shop was available to assist. Rates were cheaper than every other towing place in the area. Would definitely recommend!
I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience today using Mission Towing. The Dispatcher was very patient with me, sensing my distress and the tow truck driver, Kevin, was equally as kind and very professional. The truck arrived within the timeframe given to me so waiting was not a factor. If the occasion should arise again, I would definitely call for Mission Towing. I was in a pretty messed up situation in which I needed to be winched out with out damaging my vehicle. To Make matters worst my vehicle began sinking closer and closer to a light pole from the heavy rain and ditch i got stuck in. I called Mission Towing. They answered in a jiffy. Told me ruffly how far there available driver was and they made it there even faster then what was said. Kevin the driver jumped right into action in pouring rain and got me out in a blink of a eye. My car was towed because I did mess up and parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to. When Mission towing reported to the police department the that they have it a human error happened. The police department put my tag number in wrong so when I reported it stolen that night they did not see where it was at. My car sat at Mission towing for 11 days and then I got a notice in the mail that they had it. I went to the police department and that's when the mistake was discovered. Of course by then it's Friday and after 5:00 and no one is around until Monday that can fix anything. I went to Mission towing at this point and explained everything. He then called the owner. The owner totally helped me out by knocking off the storage fees for the extra days. He just charged me what I would have paid if I picked my car up the next day. I can't thank them both enough for their help. It's so rare to find a business like this. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They treat people with kindness and understanding. They are not just out for money. Thanks again Mission Towing for being so amazing!

Marco responded to my call and lemme tell you, they must have named the business after him. He was on a MISSION to get my box truck towed despite how difficult of a time it was. Sat on the pavement in the blazing heat for the better part of an hour trying to get the driver shaft disconnected. If you have an issue call these guys and they will solve it.
Mission towing provided service that was to the upmost standard. My companies box truck broke down and they arrived faster than any tow service I have ever used. The customer service with dispatch was great, and they checked on my safety before proceeding to business. They provided me with updates and was spot on with their original estimated ETA. Mission responded to our need for a boat trailer tire change in record time! So I had to contact them again today 10/20/2022 to request a copy of my statement so I can at least try and get this reimbursed from my insurance company Since they just go out and pick up vehicles (even though the sheriff is the one who told me to leave it and pick it up after the storm) anyway, Jennifer was still on speaker!!!
Not only is that unprofessional, For someone like me with hearing difficulties, its straining to try and listen through the feedback and background noise. So it’s not because of the storm that their phones weren’t working. It’s that they DONT want to work.
That’s all.
Jennifer was super and very pleasant she sent Tom to tow my car that has ground effects and low to the ground. Tom treated my car as if it was his took all the time to not scrap the underside both on and off. Super respectful. Will use on my car every time i need a tow. If you have a low to the ground car this is the company to use.
Would hands down recommended this business over and over! Jennifer at the front desk is so sweet and helpful, and caring (even during my freak out on the phone) and Marco the truck driver was nothing less than phenomenal with his excellent customer service and concern for myself and my kids! 10/10 would recommend them every time!!
I had the pleasure of using this company after the unfortunate event of losing my car keys while walking Lake Hollingsworth. It was 9 o’clock at night and Mission towing is the only tow company that answered the phone. Jennifer was a please to speak with and she had someone on the way within minutes. The driver Marc was extremely professional when he got there and actually explained the entire process to me since I knew nothing about it. If you ever need anything done that requires a tow company, Mission Towing is the place to call.

Waited over 2 hours after making the claim with Progressive, the driver (from another company) finally called and said he was 18 minutes out…but then called back 30 minutes after saying they were having issues with their truck and would be at least another 45 mins-an hour IF they got their truck fixed. The driver was polite and apologetic but after being stuck for so long and almost being hit while being stuck near a busy intersection, I could not wait anymore to possibly get help I needed. We called Mission Towing and they said someone would.be to us within 30 mins, the driver for Mission called and showed up in about 15 mins. He loaded the car fast and got it delivered to the house. He was so polite, kind and fast!! I’m extremely thankful for Tom being quick and diligent, and great at his job!!
