I had my range rover serviced today at Maurice auto repair. The service was quick, efficient and customer service was excellent. The shop staff and Demetrius were on point all throughout the service.

Ramos did an excellent job towing my vehicle. He went the extra mile by helping me pour gas, giving the car a jump, and carefully getting it out of a tight garage before transporting it. Professional, respectful, and handled my vehicle with care. I really appreciate the help and highly recommend him.

Maurice’s is my go to Auto Maintenance and Repair spot in Lakeland for the last 10+ years. They consistently do a good job and throughly explain the issues on options for your vehicle.

Great place to take my Infiniti QX80 to. People were great and honest, showed me videos of stuff that needed to be fixed. Would highly recommended them. Demetrius was the best.

Stopped in with urgent need of body work…. While their body shop was closed ( Sunday) they helped secure the hanging parts to ensure my safety. Christian was great and made sure to explain what he did. I would certainly recommend this company and will be returning to have the body work done there.

Thanks to the team at Maurice’s auto repair. This is the 2nd time that I have had him work on my vehicle. The customer service and attention to detail was awesome. It feels good to genuinely trust someone to do a good job. I have no complaints. I dropped off my car and he replaced my transmission and c-v axle. Thanks again for everything.

We went in expecting battery issues, and left with a laundry list of repairs. Even though the bill was hard to swallow, it was more than fair for the amount of work they put in. We’ve been taking our vehicle to a mechanic regularly, but they would only look at what we said was wrong. We aren’t car people, so we really need someone who is willing to diagnose the problem and not just cure the symptom. They did a full check of the vehicle and took care of neglected maintenance issues. I feel comfortable and confident that it is in good shape driving it away today. Will be making Maurice’s our regular mechanic shop from now on. They treat you well, show you pictures or actual items that are the problem, and leave the car clean as you drive away. Highly recommend.

Had a variety of work accomplished over the last few months. They did a good job diagnosing and fixing a shutter my vehicle which a different shop was unable to troubleshoot. I also had brakes done here. Had an issue with an unrelated brake component shortly after and they gave me a new set of pads and a rotor on the affected wheel for free under warranty. Very friendly family run business that I recommend often to my Lakeland peers.

I had a tire actually come off the rim on my corvette!! I’m in the middle of nowhere and was happy I had bought an AAA membership. I called them and Maurice auto repair for a new tire. He had to go an hour away to get my tire. After 9 calls and AAA NOT HELPING. I called back Maurice and he sent a tow truck right out and 35 minutes later I’m done!! No hassle even for an out of town customer! If I lived close , this is where I would go!!!

Worked with Maurice and Codi to have multiple repairs and new tires on my truck. They will walk you through everything needed and have a great warranty on their work. Highly recommend Maurice’s for all your auto repairs! They will do you right!!

I would like to start off with the main office it is very clean and very nice, The service advisors at Maurice’s auto repair are phenomenal. The quality of work to give to us as customers you wouldn’t get it anywhere else not even at a dealership would treat us as customers like the way Maurice does to his customers. I would definitely recommend anybody from town or out of town to come here to get any work done !!

They worked on my 92 F150 I had fuel issues and needed a new transmission. Mr. Maurice knew it was going to take longer than one day so he gave me a loaner for the day. I'm really happy with the service and expertise they provided, multiple shops couldn't figure out my fuel issue Mr. Maurice personally figured it out in the first hour. I will be a return customer.

Ran into some unexpected emergency car trouble out of town. The team here was incredibly helpful and quick with their service. Pricing was incredibly fair. And they were 100% transparent about what the car needed. Highly recommended!

I had a flat tire and Maurice’s Auto came my rescue! They couldn’t plug my tire due to a cut in the sidewall, but they had a new tire ready the next day. They also rotated & balanced my tires for a reasonable price. The owner & staff are wonderful, they do everything possible to create a positive experience!

They are very polite and respectable people. Very knowledgeable with very clean work. I was shown all the spare parts and they explained all the work that had been done. They had me look at the vehicle to make sure i was satisfied with the job done. I was impressed that the owner was on site showing me everything usually its just the shop manager. I would highly reccommend people to go to this shop.

Jay from Maurice’s Towing is top-notch! He’s towed my ’65 Mustang twice, and both times he called ahead, arrived right when he said he would, and handled my car with care. He’s friendly, professional, and keeps you updated. He even sent photos confirming the car was safely delivered to the shop. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and courteous. Highly recommend asking for Jay!

Demetrius and his team are beyond excellent and extremely professional! I highly recommend Maurices for any work needing done to your vehicle. Demetrius is the most understanding and caring Service Manager I have dealt with. Came in at 0800hrs with a new trailer wheel and tire to be mounted and balanced. Was planning on coming back later to pick it up, but service manager Dave told me to hang out, and they would have it done by the time it would take to write up the invoice. Sure enough, 10 minutes later I was out the door, my tire mounted and balanced. Very reasonable $40 charge too. Very satisfied with their service, will definitely be coming back!

I wish Maurice's was in Houston because this would be my auto shop. Had a problem with my truck while visiting Lakeland, needed it fixed fast to get back to Houston on time. Maurices's had my truck on the rack within 30 minutes of arriving. Gave me an estimate before noon and had me out the door the same day. Excellent work for a fair price, Good communication and a very nice waiting room. The most impressive thing was how friendly and family like everybody working there was which makes a difference in their pride and performance. They're joking with each other and the customers, greeting each other, Helping each other. It's clear they work together well as a team, and to me that makes a difference in the outcome. Maurice is personally involved with customers , helped to expedite things when he heard my situation, much appreciated.
