This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent reviews, A & S Auto Salvage in El Paso, TX shows mixed sentiment: friendly, helpful staff and honest service earn multiple 5‑stars, and one notes fast, affordable transactions. However, several 1‑stars cite poor phone etiquette (hang‑ups, abrupt replies) and lack of help, suggesting inconsistent customer service. Little detail appears on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts; wait‑time feedback is unclear. Overall score: 60/100. May suit budget shoppers, but call experiences vary.
Mexican guy answer the phone I asked if he had a part in stock he said what do you want I said "do you have a Ford" and boom he cut me off and said no no no I don't have it and hung up I recommend never calling there never going there
