Is it normal for them to take pictures of license plate and drivers license front and back?… Took aluminum to get recycled and the guy right away took a picture of my plates…
They basically robbed me. Brought a large load of steel and they gave me only $60 and no receipt. Conveniently for them, they don't speak anything English so I couldn't ask any questions. First and last time I'll do business here.
Very easy drop off. We even had assistance from one of the employees. He came out n helped with the bags of cans I had. We were in n out in less than 10 mins.
Drove out to sell an old radiator I had taken off my truck and found out they only “buy in bulk”. Wouldn’t buy the radiator so I just left it as it was in the way at home.
It’s been twice that I’ve gone there and they are very racist people Sadly, even ripping me off, saying all the metals, the same when they range in different pricing we as people know that. The man that sits in the front desk hiding behind a limo tint, window where you can’t even see his face tells me to only communicate to him in Spanish all rude. I understand Spanish but I don’t speak it fluently. We do live in the US. I went there trying to separate my metals once Again and even the workers there were trying to make me dumb. They treated me like I was just born yesterday. If you all want to get what your moneys is worth I wouldn’t recommend going here take your metal elsewhere we should all get treated fairly.
Just dropped off 80 lbs of aluminum cans. Only got 5 cents a lb! Go somewhere else if you want a fair price for your metal. Market price is at 28 cents. I should have gotten 23 cents per lb.
