i wish i put 0 stars so there is situation he was going to charge us for 700$ for fueling then we decide to cancell it then he was going to tires off then we paid for nothing we will we wouldnt come here again and i wont recommend u to come here again scamers

This has been the best experience i have had getting a tow. Professional, Prompt, Caring, and most importantly, RELIABLE. Got me off the road safely and to the tire shop quickly. As a Disabled Veteran, i highly recommend Black Hawk Towing & Roadside Service for anyone in need of help. Price was affordable as well and you can tell they take pride in being honest and HELPFUL.

Saved the day for sure. My car misfired and I knew I couldn’t drive it. Gave them a call and within 20 minutes they were helping me out. I appreciate the quickness and the kindness today with such a crappy situation. Thanks again guys!

The best tow truck service in El Paso. We had a damaged car in a lot behind a gate at a facility that would not let the driver in. These guys did everything they could to talk to leadership to let them in and get access to the vehicle. Ultimately we had to send someone with access to the facility to drive the car out and get it towed. They waited almost half an hour for that person to get there. They then helped select a mechanic for repairs and took it to a better suited place than we originally wanted it taken to. The price is great. These guys really go above and beyond and their word can be trusted. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.
