I called Epic Towing to pick up my car in Northeast El Paso and take it to an auto repair shop on Montana and McRae. The man asked which side of town for pick up and drop off. He said it would cost me $135. I though it was a bit high but I said OK. Once the car was dropped off, the driver said his boss was going to call me. Just then, his boss called and said there were extra charges. An extra charge because the car was very low to the ground and he had to press a button to raise the car. There was an extra charge because of the distance and the time it took. It's $130 an hour and &130 for anytime into the next hour. He said I needed to pay $260 because he wasn't going to charge for something, then reduced it to $240. What a rip off! I'm going to post this information on Yelp, Facebook and the BBB. I think it amounts to deceptive practices.
My car broke down yesterday evening and I had such a great experience with this towing company! Their customer service was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and understanding. They were incredibly helpful and got to me so fast and kept in constant communication, which was a huge relief in a stressful situation. It’s hard to come by that level of care and efficiency these days, especially when you’re dealing with car trouble. I really appreciated how smooth and supportive the whole process was. Highly recommend!
The response to my call was quick and I didnt have to wait long either. Once my truck was brought home the driver asked me to get bricks to support truck (tire had broken off) so I wouldn't get more damage to my vehicle. I appreciated all he did and for transporting my truck with care. I highly recommend using Epic Towing Service.
Epic Towing Service got me a late night tow to the auto shop I preferred. The driver was even able to give me a lift along with my car to the shop! Hopefully I won't need another tow but if I do, I will be calling Epic Towing. They have my recommendation!
Great dependable service. Oscar came through and with his expertise was able to wedge me out of a "these things happen situation" fast "n" easy! Great work by the Team in general

2nd.Tow truck arrived within a half hour (awesome).

Oscar was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was able to get my car towed with no hassle. The price was fair and was charged as quoted on the phone. I highly recommend Epic Towing Service!
Called EPIC TOWING at 4pm and was told they would be there in 45mins but to give it an hr just in case, which I did. Msgd them at the hr and was told they would be there in 15mins. Followed up again with a call 45mins later and was told to wait another 15-20mins later. Waited around 15mins more and just called another towing service (APEX) and they should up in 20mins. Not sure how much more I would have waited but was going on 3hrs. Sooooo...yeah. Just wanted to put that out there.
Nobody else will be used! We've never worked with a more professional and consistent team. They are always competitively priced and perform what they claim they will do. These guys are incredible.

I was beyond happy to find a towing service in my area. The team was very helpful and professional, and I was so grateful for their help. They were able to get my car towed away in record time and were able to fit me in the same day.
I highly recommend Epic Towing Service if you require towing services. I used their services recently after my automobile broke down and they did a fantastic job. The procedure was quick and uncomplicated, and the cost was reasonable. If I ever need towing services again, I'll use them without a doubt.
