It's close by and walking distance. Just need to drop everything by 2:30pm since they lock the gate by 3pm. Sign says Monday- Fray 9am-4pm, Saturday 9am-12pm. Maybe update the sign and/or stay open until 4pm.
Wow, I'd have laughed if I weren't so stunned... 20¢/lb for all stainless steel? Forget that I had industrial food processing blades, but 20¢/lb is a rip off even for low grade stainless steel. I guess it's ok if you're walking, but if you drive... drive past this place
They don't follow their own posted hours. Supposed to be open until 4pm today. Gates closed and locked at 3:50 pm. Supposed to be open 9 am to 12 pm on Saturday, no one here at all. Several other folks stopped by to get rid of scrap while we waited on the off chance they were just running late.
Really good prices and excellent customer service. They are honest with what kind of metal you have and aren't as strict as other places. Highly recommend.
