Despite the hardship that my husband and I are going through Michael handled everything professionally and calmed my nerves during the whole process. It can be a very difficult experience to go through when your car is getting towed but I’m grateful for assuring me through the process that as long as I take care of what I need to my car will be returned to me. Thank you for that because not all tow companies handle things as well as he has. Thank you for taking care of my car while it was at your yard.

Michael is an amazing person! I didn't even know him, but after a few conversations w him, I felt like he was one of my best friends! U can tell when someones heart is in there business, I was stranded in NM, he came the same night & towed my truck to El Paso TX, then less then a week later he towed it to south Houston TX, he also checked on me when I got to El paso, then checked to see if I made it to San Antonio TX, all I can say is if u want a tow from a company who operates in integrity & honesty, call michaels towing & recovery! My car was unfortunately repossessed before I could catch up on payments. As a single mom, catching up and getting back on track can be hard, especially when fees are adding up. I had to go get some things out of my car and Michael, the owner, was kind enough to not charge me the standard fee for getting items out. He was, instead, understanding and thoughtful. The customer service even during a crazy time like this was excellent and very much appreciated. People blame the tow companies for doing their job when in reality we're the ones who messed up not them. But having a company be understanding about a situation I think is rare. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Michael.

I got a repossession and they were very kind and friendly. They waited for me and were willing to help me get my things down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and stressful experience. Communication was poor—most calls went straight to voicemail. When we arrived, they initially refused to release my personal belongings and I waited over an hour. I was with my pregnant friend who is due any day now, and the situation escalated so badly that police had to get involved before I got my things back. They later claimed they felt “threatened,” but the staff’s communication was aggressive and escalated the issue instead of resolving it. No one should need law enforcement involved just to retrieve personal items.

Had a repossession heading towards El Paso,TX that was on default. Michael responded quickly and stayed on top of the unit. As soon as it came to a rest Michael and his team moved quickly to recover it. Highly recommended them as they stayed in communication throughout the entire process!

I wish you could give 0 stars, and the only reason I would is because the tow truck never came to my location. I’ve been speaking with someone for the past 2 days and even scheduled a pick up time and provided the locations, confirmed the pricing and everything. I called today to still confirmed we were still good to go and he told me yes. It was suppose to be done at 12:00 and almost 1:00 and no response and I called twice and so did my husband and no response. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

I have been having the worst week of my life and couldn’t find a good price for a tow away I called Michael and he got to it within a 3 hr frame called when he was already taking the vehicle home very professional thank you. Made my day a bit better

I’ve been calling this man for about 3 days no and goes straight to voicemail. I tried to get my belongings from my car where I have my legal documents and I can not receive a call back or hear from him. Now I leave on a trip in 2 days and don’t have my passport or drivers license.

Had to call multiple times to get an answer on 5/5. Called at around 12:30pm, finally got an answer for a tow. Man on the phone said “I’ll see if I can find you a driver.” and I didn't hear back from him again. Now, my mom’s car battery has been stolen and if they had actually came and towed the car or had been straight up and said they can’t we could’ve found someone else and avoided this.

Very fast, and reliable service. Michael was friendly and great with communication. I needed a jump start on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to get to me super quicky and up and running! Definitely recommend.

Michael was very informative, and had my vehicle recovered within a few hours of contacting him! Not to mention, called 12 other companies before I found his, and he is the only one that answered my call. On top of that, it was Sunday, and the cowboys were playing. Was able to get a hold of Michael on Sunday night and arrange a Monday tow to a local shop easy to work with, great price, on time service, would repeat anytime.

Used a few different tow companies in the past but always had issues. And when i called michaels towing he showed up in a matter of minutes. Very professional and helpful, ill definitely hire him again. He's by far the best towing service ive ever used and will continue to use.

I was stuck on the 24th of December at 7pm with a bad battery and they came through and saved the day. You dont need look anymore for a towing truck company to use because this company has my $$$ hands down no questions asked. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for towing services that want the best, because anything else would just be less.

We hired Michael for a vehicle repossession he recovered the vehicle within a few hours. We used them again a few days later and once more it a very fast and efficient process with them. Do recommend!!

After trying to use my AAA roadside assistance for a tow, I ended up waiting over 3 hours with no update and no contact from the tow provider. (Yes I called AAA a few times and got no update) Luckily, I was able to find Michael's Towing and Recovery and they showed up within 30 minutes and quickly got me towed and even was able to provide a ride home for me. I don't know how long I would have ended up waiting if I didn't contact Michael's Towing. I definitely will not be using AAA anymore if I ever need a tow for sure. Thanks again Michael's! Michael was amazing!! Picked up my truck and took to my house within minutes!! Very friendly and professional!!

I had called a few tow companies before Michael called me back, it was the best rate from all the others and he offered me the convenient option of having my car towed to my house without me having to be there. He kept open communication the whole time and was true to the time frame. A very trustworthy guy with flexible payment options! Since it was freezing outside and he was going to be 45-hour I got a ride with a friend and had no worries my car was in good hands would definitely recommend!

Called AAA they had me wait 2 hours on the road and was still waiting. After lack of response from AAA I Found Michaels Towing on google and called him and within 5 mins he was there with his tow truck. He towed my vehicle to a tow yard and also offered to tow back to Honda dealership when they opened on Monday. A gentleman and honest hard working man.

Called many other tow none were willing to either A.Answer or B.Did want to chance it do to the car being low. Mike was able to get my vehicle home with no issue. Even felt comfortable asking question and got respectful response back. Didn’t feel like I was bothering him with my concerns about my tow and gave me great responses to my question and even took the time to explain how he does his work. Would definitely recommend him to others in towing needs. Low car approved.
