Today the WORST customer service EVER from a Manheim Clerk VERY RUDE!!!
The clerk didn’t greet, she didn’t want to help at all and she wanted to me to wait till tomorrow and I thank her and she didn’t bother to say anything just kept typing.
This place is a nice place for dealers and I believe they sometimes they do have some options for the public. I’m not 100% sure they do sell all type of cars reconditions salvage clean titles and it’s a really action for dealers. I know these place since 1980s around that time since then I still going and visit these people friendly people, and one of the best things to purchase with them title guarantee go have some fun buyers
This place is where I come to buy my vehicles. Also sell through this auction a few times through out the year.. Came here for the very first time in 2001 when I left California. Good place to come and enjoy the people there..
AN ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK. WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE ZILLION STARS IF I COULD. NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEE'S DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
HORRIBLE! Rude, inconsiderate, answers the phone on speaker after being transferred three times because all voice mails are full and had her music blasting in the background. She Verified the information that we knew the vehicle was at this location (told her we had already spoken to the seller) and then she responded why did you not have them give you a gate release! You're an auction and offer customer support, if you sell a vehicle that you receive a commission for then process the paperwork that is THE JOB! Manheim gets worse by the day and they are currently using COVID as their excuse. No it's people problems and lack of leadership
The manager JD here is the most unprofessional manager my dealer has ever dealt with, we got accused of tampering with vehicle by simply opening hood and doing a full inspection like us dealers do he stated he had video but refused to show Us proof over 100 dealers look at these vehicles before auction. we will start a law suit against JD with proof and signatures of tons of dealers that have had trouble with him if JD gives any of you dealers a hard time call manheim corporate and file a complaint like I did.
My vehicle got moved there for its "security " to not be sold or messed with, once I retrieved it come to find out they disconnected my speaker box from the back of my hummer and replaced it with and old one , they just threw it in there didnt even connect it.. apparently policy is they r not to unwire or unbolt nothing but they did.
The staff is what makes this place great! They are always there to make sure you get your business needs taken care of. Bobbie is one of the nicest people I've come across in my lifetime. Lisa and Angie are always there to help. Manheim is such a big company with offices all over America each place is unique but no matter what always a great experience.
Horrible experience. I’m a licensed dealer in Illinois and purchased a vehicle from Manheim El Paso online. After paying for the vehicle I sent my dispatch and had the vehicle released . I was contacted by auction staff and I was told I have to bring the vehicle back as it was sold to me by mistake . Being in car business I understand mistakes happen. The auction promised me full reimbursement for my shipping and tow charges plus $500 credit for their mistake . I shopped the vehicle back and all I’m getting from their staff is an endless run around . Staff is so unprofessional I’m surprised that place is associated with a name like Manheim which is a flagship in car business. SHAME

Just terrible customer service when it comes to trying to get documents for a vehicle turn in. Been almost a month, and I keep getting “that email was sent.” No help whatsoever from anybody in this organization. Maybe processes just need to get reworked so that maybe if they are trying to follow through the system allows them to.
