I can't express how grateful I was to come across Steve who was so helpful in my situation. This week has been full of doctors appointments and my head wasn't in the right place therefore I locked the keys in my car. I called several businesses who were undeniably overcharging me to unlock the vehicle. When I got a hold of Steve I explained I didn't carry cash he understood and asked where I was, opened the door and we were able to thankfully pay through my debit. He was professional from beginning to end and I honestly have this company number saved. Thank you for your time and patience with me.
I got services from Steve when I locked myself out, he was fast, efficient, extra friendly. More than I can say from any other time I've had to interact with most lock smiths. From the time I called to the resolution of my problem it was under 30 minutes even for it being late at night even the price was fair for a late night call. Most locksmiths charge double past a certain time of the night. If I ever need a lock opened I will contact again for services.
I was in a hurry to take my father to an appointment I thought we weren't going to make it on time and I parked the truck and when I was inside the doctor's office I realized I left the keys inside the truck and I locked the truck went around Google looking for a good locksmith until I found Steve's roadside when I called he was very polite he did tell me he was charging $60 but when I told him my location and the situation he told me he was very close to my location he would charge me $50 I walked across to Bassett place hold out some money he assisted my father with his truck got it open in less than 5 minutes and even gave him some pumping thingy to open the truck up if this ever occurs again he didn't have change to give me so he ended up charging me $40 and we are really grateful because when we left the house my dad only grabbed his ID and his insurance card and the keys to the truck I didn't take him in money with me my friend lend me the money I am very grateful with Steve for his fast service and for being polite to my elderly disabled father and he spoke Spanish that's a plus thank you so much we were able to get home we appreciate you may God bless you
service was fast and easy i called and got a answer right away and they even accommodated with my work schedule to come and help me out overall great service
Was quick to respond at a late hour took no more than 20 min for arrival and less than 5 for him to get it open. Also charged less than most would have as I did get quotes from two other spots before calling these guys back.
Great, fast, friendly response time was starter calling a few other 24/7 companies they answered within seconds and got on the road and arrived 10 minutes exactly like they said would definitely recommend them and will call again
Steve was awesome. It was past midnight and he came within 5-10 minutes last night. We were fortunate his business was right around the corner from us. But he really hooked it up and did everything so quick !! 10/10 recommend !!
When my nephew locked his keys in his car, I called Amigo Roadside and Steve showed up quickly! He was so polite and professional, and he had the door open in seconds! I'm so happy with their service! I highly recommend them!
