Terrible customer service I ordered a part and I kept calling every week and I was told next week,next week,
next week. After going around in circles I was told I could bring in the part that I bought and get credit in the store which I didn't need. I will never shop at this store nor will I refer anybody to them
I recommended don’t do business here, Very deceptive and shady business. I bought a $400 headlight, mind you owner recommended me it, I took it back asked for store credit not even for my money back and owner acted like a thief like “to bad it’s your problem” so now I’m stuck with a part that doesn’t even fit my car, nice way of making your money taking advantage and cheating people out theirs.
They have more than just Auto panels they have all kinds of car parts door handles locks almost anything you can think of Automotive for the body or interior of your car they have it including radiators. I bought a radiator they're good quality and cheaper almost by half of AutoZone.
Every time i call they put me on hold and after 5 or 6 minutes they hang up. I'm not wanting the parts for free but i guess they don't want new customers.
Great place to fund replacement headlights, and all kind of car accessories. Very decent prices. If they don't carry what you're looking for they'll locate the part.
If they don't have it in stock, they don't try to help you. I would have paid premium if they could have ordered the panel. One or two word answers is all I got, "no", "junk yard", "dealer". No help at all.
